I just bought my fifth vehicle from Champion Chevrolet, a 2017 Impala. I enjoy the fact that Fred and his team allow me the flexibility to shop in the way that I am most comfortable. There is no pressure to make a decision, and the process is streamlined in a way where I was able to communicate the criteria that I was looking for in a vehicle via email. Upon acquisition of the vehicle I was seeking, I received an email notification and we set up a time for me to come in to pick up the keys.

For the Traverse seekers we all know this vehicle is in high demand where they’re seriously being sold sight unseen! After a horrible experience with another dealership! I decided to try 1 more before throwing in the towel! I was able to locate a High Country that was located at Champion Chevrolet Chris the sales rep was able to answer all my questions about this model which turned out to be a problem from other dealerships he listened to what I was looking for and was able to lock the vehicle down for me. There was never any pressure to buy or settle! The process buying online was smooth with no hidden BY THE WAYS! This dealership and reps was worth the drive from yes Knoxville TN.
