I had a an issue last Saturday where my keys got locked in my car with it running (no idea how this happens) at Enterprise Rental. I walked up to Champion's Service department and talked to Tony. He went out of his way to have a tech drive down to my car and pop my lock. The tech had my car unlocked in about 5 minutes, resolving a stressful situation. The service department really went above and beyond in helping a customer. They definitely earned my business moving forward.

I don’t usually write long reviews, but after the incredible experience I’ve had with Preston and Todd at Champion Chevrolet, I feel like anything less than a full-throated endorsement would be a disservice to their exceptional work. In the span of just two weeks, these guys helped me purchase two vehicles, and I can honestly say they went well beyond the call of duty every step of the way. What stands out the most is their trustworthiness. In a world where it’s easy to be skeptical walking into a dealership, these two have earned my complete confidence. Over the years, I’ve bought and sold several vehicles through them, and I keep coming back for one simple reason: they care. They care about doing things right, treating people right, and making sure the buying experience is smooth, fair, and even enjoyable. Champion Chevrolet should be proud to have these two representing their name. I’ll always bring my business to Champion and if you’re even thinking about getting a vehicle, do yourself a favor and go see them first. You won’t regret it. They are, hands down, the best in the business.

I just purchased a new Silverado 1500 and had a wonderful experience working with Allen Bolden. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Some things to work on for the dealership (and get that fifth star) would be to improve the WiFi service to enable faster transfer of electronic documents, and to have a current and organized list of information for new vehicles on hand. For example, it took us a while to come to an agreement on available incentives. Overall, though, good job!
