The service guy we worked with orginally tried arguing that the issue we were explaining was incorrect. I had to tell him to google it and then he finally believed it. All of a sudden he knew what part to order and then said it would be received in 3-6 days. A month a half later he finally got us in, told me I would have a rental car and didn’t have that prepared. Overall terrible experience. I’d hate to be a regular customer at this dealership.

We brought a 2016 high country. It was delivered to us in NC in the beginning of Feb 2018. The windshield was damaged. We have been calling on a weekly basis to try to get this handled. Still 2 months later and weekly phone calls speaking with the sales manager. We still have a 50,000$ truck with a damaged windshield. The service was great trying to purchase the truck. However, they have poorly represented this company handling the windshield situation. I will never purchase from them again.

Fantastic Customer Service and an all around great staff! Fred made me a great deal on a brand new Chevy Traverse, Melissa made it easy in the finance office and David made sure my wife new everything about her traverse. I know why Nobody Beats A Champion and now I know that buying a vehicle can be a enjoyable experience.

Our salesman, John Richards, was friendly, knowledgeable, and accomdating. He showed us (and we bought) a car we didn't even know we wanted to see! I can't remember the name of the gentleman in finance, but he was great too! Our whole experience was like visiting family or friends. Seriously a great experience!
