Lack of communication even with all the options they sent. Had my vehicle for 3 weeks. They said if I had questions to text the number they sent me. Texts went unanswered, voice mails left were never returned. And when wrong service writer would answer they would take a message and it would be a few more phone call before I heard back.

Best experience and true customer service!! Allen and Melissa was absolutely awesome! Ive not had the best luck lately and not great credit.....yet they made it happen. Im loving my new Trax that came with a powertrain warrenty as well as other perks! They really know how to take care of their customers....friendly..patient...convenient and best prices around! I will send anyone i know to them and plan to make all future purchases with them! They treated me like family and was genuinely happy for me!...i got the hookup!...and you can too!
