Update: I received a direct call from a manager who to talk about what happened. They were very apologetic and offered to come get my vehicle and drop off a loaner which is exactly what they did the following week. I was impressed with their customer service and willingness to do right by me. Wasted time. Scheduled an oil change and transmission flush. Dropped the car off on time then got a call 4 hours later saying the flush wasn’t started and if the vehicle could stay overnight which wasn’t a possibility. Was then told to come pick it up without the service being done. Complete waste of time.

The level of service we have received from the Sales department and the Service Department has been Outstanding! Vicki in sales has been very knowledgeable of all products offered. She is attentive to our needs in all situations and has made the car or Truck purchase a pleasant one. Jay and Tony in service have also been very helpful and attentive to our needs. We will not purchase a vehicle or have one serviced any where else.
