Staff was courteous but service took awhile. My car was out of service for over a week and rental coverage ended after 7 days. Courtesy cars provided by the dealership would be an awesome relief for most people. I ended up having to drive my sons diesel truck back and forth to work which cost me about $30 a day.

I want to start off by saying THANK YOU, to Allen for a great buying experience. I really wasn’t expecting to buy my first truck yesterday at the first car lot I went to right away . But when I met Allen he was soo respectful and helpful with the whole process, that I felt like I was at home. Champion Chevrolet is not only a great dealership to purchase a vehicle at it is also a great place to get your vehicle serviced. I took my GMC Sierra 1500 in for its first oil change/service and it was done at no charge!! All service department personnel are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and attentive to one’s concerns and questions.
