Samantha did a great job taking care of my service needs on my Traverse. She kept me informed about what needed to be done and the estimated cost. I especially liked the service check that they do when getting an oil change. This let me know that my brakes would need to be replaced soon. I went ahead and had them do the brakes while they had my car.

Our salesperson (Chris) was very helpful. Everything was just as he said it should be. I would (have already) recommend him, and Champion Chevrolet to others. We have a Chevrolet dealership in our hometown but they were not at all wanting our business. Their new vehicles were $2000 to $4000 over sticker. I won’t go back there. I as definitely going to Champion first for my next vehicle.

Having issues with the new vehicle. Will contact today to see what can be done. Used vehicle was not clean and had less than a half tank of gas. I really hope the dealership follows thru with repairs. Fail to contact me about issues as promised. Receive a call from the dealership to complete my paint issues and was told I would receive a call from the body shop today. This did not happen…I didn’t receive a call. The dealership wants me to change my rating but have done nothing to make me change it.
