I bought a used 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe in beautiful condition from a local GMC dealership and within the first week had blown a rear strut. When I reached out to the dealership I bought it from, they were not able to work me in to even LOOK at my car for three weeks. So I took the opportunity to start calling around to find a proper Chevrolet dealership. As providence would have it, I was able to be seen same-day at Champion Chevrolet. From the woman who answered the phone in the service department, to Cedrick my service advisor, to the person who ran to Huntsville to get the parts needed, and Bruce who performed the work (and don’t forget Shaw who ran me to the bank!)I received top-notch service. Everyone was friendly and considerate, knowledgeable and honest. It’s hard to know who to trust when it comes to taking care of your car, and I am so grateful to know I have a partner in Champion Chevrolet! More grateful I could not be.

Working with Dennis at Champion was a breeze. He was very upfront and honest, which is a rare find in car salesmanship. He made purchasing my new 2020 GMC Terrain one of the most simplistic process’ I’ve ever been through when trading vehicles. Dennis and Raymond were fun, energetic and accommodating. This was my first visit to Champion Chevrolet and what a great experience. The service representative was a young lady, I think her name was Laci was so helpful and took time to answer questions about the service I had requested and explained work performed on a recall on my 2015 Equinox. I feel confident the work was done properly and I’ve had no problems. The staff were friendly and one of the salesmen even offered to help me reset the menu on the dash display.
