I initially had a bad experience with some routine maintenance…. However after expressing my disappointment I was contacted within 48 hours and a respectable resolve was found….. I definitely have to give credit to Champion and their customer service…… 👍🏻

So I just got a new 2021 Chevy Spark and was helped by Raymond Kellar. Wonderful guy very helpful with all the information I needed. There was even a couple instances where there would have been an issue but he caught and fixed it. The whole process that could be stressful elsewhere was a breeze here. I would completely recommend Raymond and the Champion dealership as a whole!

I was needing to get in fairly quickly for a service call for my 2018 Impala, and I sent a message via text late at night. The service department returned a call early the next morning and got me in the first available appointment. Don't question why, but I I accidently wrote down an appointment for 8:00 am, instead of 3:00 pm. I got there at 7:45 am, realized my mistake and expected to go home and come back. NO WAY. They went on, took me in line and completed the job before I had a chance to even take a little nap. The repair service was all hyped up and very thorough in every step. I even got a discount. I was so thrilled, as always, and will never take my vehicle any where else other than Champion in LaGrange. I know I can trust them to handle me like a family member and since I have been going there for years, I feel like a little sister. I love the company, so ask for Tony and Jay in the service department.

Bennett was just a joy to work with. He was everything I wish all Salesman could be like him. There is Melissa too, she went above and beyond to help us make changes on our paperwork. Your dealership stands Tall and Proud up against all the rest. We are Champion customers now and it is worth the 1 1/2 drive from our home. If there is any extra incentives these employees could receive they sure do deserve one!
