We have been taking our vehicles to them for years and even ordered a truck from this dealership in 2021 and have never had a bad experience with them. From the sales department, to service and the ladies who answer the calls in customer service. Every interaction has been exceptional. We had an issue with one of our vehicles on Labor Day weekend and were due to travel that Monday, Tony took really good care of us and although we had an appointment scheduled for 4 days out, the vehicle was towed the same day we called the dealership to make an appointment. The very next day we received a call that the vehicle was ready. They didn’t have to service it or even do a diagnostic on it until the day it was scheduled for, but they really do care about their customers and knew we needed the vehicle ASAP and the truck was already there. We appreciate everyone there and are very thankful they have great people working there. We have one other vehicle that has warranty at a different dealership and they have been nothing but a headache, warranty expires soon and we will be switching all of our vehicles to this dealership. Thank you for always getting us in and making sure were all set. You are awesome. Again, thank you TONY for making sure we were taken care of. Update: took our vehicles to be serviced and again, exceptional customer service. Thank you for always taking care of our vehicles!

I went to Champion without a reservation time to get a front end alignment. I was not in a hurry for it to be done, expecting to wait for a couple of days for the work to be done. Jay, the service manager, was a very nice guy and hustled to find out when my work would be performed. Jay told me that my vehicle would be ready the next day. My vehicle was ready by 10:00 a.m. That is much quicker than I has anticipated. I am very happy with Jay, and the Champion service team.

I was broken down with my 7 year old daughter 1,000 miles from home and they treated me like family! Karen Hawkins (service manager) and Tony Plappert (service advisor) were not only quick and thoughtful but made sure my car was ready to make the rest of my trip home!!! Thank you Champion Chevrolet!

I had a very good experience with Champion Chevrolet in Lagrange, Ky. Bennett and Raymond were the salesmen I delt with and both were very nice, respectful, understanding, down to earth gentlemen towards me. I really appreciated that! I would recommend them to any of my friends or family members. 🤗 Very pleasant experience for me.

Just bought a 2015 Equinox -- Allen Bolden made a cheap old guy almost feel good about spending money. Very helpfu,l He knows how to treat customers - steer them in the right direction but doesn't push. Great experience.
