Excellent customer service, we worked with Todd Waits on our vehicle purchase. He went above and beyond, with his constant open line of communication, answering all our questions and getting us the best possible deal for our brand new car. My husband and I both would highly recommend working with Todd Waits for your next vehicle purchase. We enjoyed him helping us out with setting up the Chevy app, setting up our new car since it had touch screen. He helped us out with getting automatic start put in and even drove down to drop of the car when finished. He rocks! I had a screw in my tire and discovered it at about 4pm and even though they were very busy in the service department and close to closing, they fit me in and were very friendly and helpful. I could have gone to any ties place but felt I wanted to keep my service at the place I bought my Trailblazer and I made the right choice!
