Vehicle was in for scheduled routine oil change, rotate tires and inspection. Service performed was done properly, however, it took 2 1/2 hours when they knew in advance that I was waiting and was told at check in that it should only be 1 hour.

My service writer Samantha Cornett was truely amazing in getting my oil change and tire rotation completed in a timely manner….especially since I sprung it on her in the morning as we are leaving for Disney. I would recommend Samantha or Jay or Tony to anyone as they all do an AMAZING job. Champion for life in my book.

I paid $169 for a verbal estimate today with no information for the repair, from a code reader. Which I already had gotten before I came. Thought it would be a warranty issue. Turned out to be billable. Won’t ever go back. Mind changed. It was a paper work error me not getting my real estimate. A manager called, apologized and addressed my issue. They did what I expected and I will use them again, they are a solid stand up company.
