We had an issue with one of our vehicles on Labor Day weekend and were due to travel that Monday, Tony took really good care of us and although we had an appointment scheduled for 4 days out, the vehicle was towed the same day we called the dealership to make an appointment. The very next day we received a call that the vehicle was ready. They didn’t have to service it or even do a diagnostic on it until the day it was scheduled for, but they really do care about their customers and knew we needed the vehicle ASAP and the truck was already there. We appreciate everyone there and are very thankful they have great people working there. We have one other vehicle that has warranty at a different dealership and they have been nothing but a headache, warranty expires soon and we will be switching all of our vehicles to this dealership. The service department returned a call early the next morning and got me in the first available appointment. Don't question why, but I I accidently wrote down an appointment for 8:00 am, instead of 3:00 pm. I got there at 7:45 am, realized my mistake and expected to go home and come back. NO WAY. They went on, took me in line and completed the job before I had a chance to even take a little nap. The repair service was all hyped up and very thorough in every step. I even got a discount. Tony and the guys in the service department have been taking care of me since 2019. I could not recommend this group enough. Even when I'm in a pinch Tony will move some mountain to ensure I am able to be seen within a reasonable time frame. Example: I called Thursday and asked for my truck to be seen on short notice for an oil change and tire sensor concerns. Tony was transparent with me in saying they're not sure they can because they are absolutely booked. I appreciate that honesty and transparency. Also, to be fair, they are always booked and I bet it's because of how well they take care of people. Well Tony made it work for Friday morning and asked me to be at the shop at 8am. Any other time I would have been flexible myself and waited till the next week when they were free, but I was going out of town and slipped my mind. I had a screw in my tire and discovered it at about 4pm and even though they were very busy in the service department and close to closing, they fit me in and were very friendly and helpful. I could have gone to any ties place but felt I wanted to keep my service at the place I bought my Trailblazer and I made the right choice!

We went to Champion to just browse and decided to leave after browsing their inventory. We saw a car that we liked and decided to go home and research a little. My Wife called back to Champion to ask some questions and she got Allen Bolden on the phone he was pleasant and answered all of her questions and never pushed any certain cars at us. It was at that point that we decided to go back to Champion the same night and look and test drive a few of the cars that we liked. We ended up buying the 2021 GMC Terrain all because of Allen being an awesome person and never being pushy on what car we should buy! I do NOT recommend this place!! I’d give a 0 if I could! They will tell you what you want to hear to get the sale, make everything sound great - you buy the extra “warranty” that apparently covers EVERYTHING in the truck - all the way down to the radio. This is the 3rd time we’ve taken our NEW truck to LaGrange (which is an hour away from my house) for it “not to be covered” and then try to charge us FOR NOTHING! We could have bought a truck 3 miles from our house - but we decided to come here because they were super nice. We didn’t know that they had your back until they got your money, once they got your money - they don’t even know who you are. If this truck wasn’t almost a year old we would take it back! TERRIBLE service! I KNOW what service is (being a service manager myself) the BBB will be hearing from me! And every social media platform there is! TERRIBLE AND VERY DISAPPOINTED!

1st negative experience here after several good ones. Going on vacation and took my Tahoe in to rotate tires and check brakes. Was told rear brakes were thin but fine for the trip. A thousand mile trip later I’m metal on metal in the rear and the grinding is horrible. Did not want to be looking for a brake job while on vacation. Jay and the guys have usually been good to me.
