I have been dealing with these folks for many years and have always been treated fairly. The service department is top notch and service writers have GM knowledge to help sort out the problem. Unless I was out of town I cannot imagine a situation I would take my Cadillac any place else for repair. If your not happy they are not happy

This was the quickest, most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had. Jimmy was great and super nice as was Melissa. I called about a Silverado that was cheaper and had lower miles than anything else I found near home. The staff was highly professional and went above and beyond to make everything smooth and keep me happy. Thanks guys. I will keep you all in mind for any future purchases.

AWESOME NEW TRUCK! I have purchased many cars in my 50 years but it’s rare to feel that a team of people really care about your happiness and your time. But the team at Champion really does care and made this purchase easy and comfortable. They were able to take my query on Facebook and link me to a great sales person who was able to work around my time constraints. Matt Cooper, our sales agent, really cared and took time to make sure we had a great experience. The finance guy, Mr. McNair, made sure we knew all options and took time to get things done right and fast. Love my new Truck and new friends at Champion, and I will be back.

Driving through with the family on spring break today and had a cylinder start misfiring on the highway. We stopped to see if they could help us out and we were so terrified we would be high and dry. The staff was so nice from the salesman that greeted us, to the cashier, to the service dept., literally everyone! Even more to my surprise, they had us back on the road in under 2 hours even though they had to get the part delivered. Very thankful for our interaction today, quality service, and just pure kindness. What could have killed our vibe for the week ended up being a blessing. Thank you so much!

Jay seems like a real straight shooter. Nice guy, and honest. Recommended that I just buy the part and install myself. Good thing, too as the service is a bit slow. However, you are the closest Chevy dealership to my house, so that means I'll be returning. Next time, I'll be a drop off customer, though. Oh--I had to call to make sure my part was there. The parts department never bothered to call.
