Didn’t buy a car from personal circumstances, but when I do; it will be from wherever Quentin McNair is located! He is the consummate professional! He genuinely listened to, and digested my needs. I went in thinking I wanted one vehicle, and left realizing it wouldn’t fulfill my needs. He paired me up with another one, and if met EVERYTHING I needed; PLUS some! When I am in buying mode again, I will PROACTIVELY search for HIM, and him ALONE! Just from that ONE experience (and I have been buying cars for 30+ years), he has a client until I purchase my last vehicle! Do yourself a favor and trust HIS process!!!

I bought a used 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe in beautiful condition from a local GMC dealership and within the first week had blown a rear strut. When I reached out to the dealership I bought it from, they were not able to work me in to even LOOK at my car for three weeks. So I took the opportunity to start calling around to find a proper Chevrolet dealership. As providence would have it, I was able to be seen same-day at Champion Chevrolet. From the woman who answered the phone in the service department, to Cedrick my service advisor, to the person who ran to Huntsville to get the parts needed, and Bruce who performed the work (and don’t forget Shaw who ran me to the bank!)I received top-notch service. Everyone was friendly and considerate, knowledgeable and honest. It’s hard to know who to trust when it comes to taking care of your car, and I am so grateful to know I have a partner in Champion Chevrolet! More grateful I could not be.

I went into the dealership for a quote for a piece of trim that was bowing out. I had an appointment scheduled after waiting for 2 weeks for a call back from a service worker- I left a voicemail requesting a callback and never heard back from. During my appointment- I had to bring my kids with me and anticipated to be there 30min-1 hour for a simple exterior trim quote. This appointment took over 2 hours for a quote. A simple quote. The service technician did not tell me about any charges that would be needed when he took my keys. We were there for approximately an hour and a half and our car was then parked outside the window of the lounge and I waited for an additional 10-15mins to see if someone was going to call us back to get our car. No one did. I went Up to the desk, and was informed my tech had gone to lunch. Regardless of they were at lunch or not- someone else should be able to step in and complete the appointment. The lady working the service desk then proceeds to help me figure out what was going on with my car. The other tech proceeds to tell me that they’ve run an entire diagnostic on my car- something I did NOT ask for. Then tells me I’m due to pay nearly $200 and can’t explain to me why they’ve run the tests for a trim repair. After being passed around between 2 cashiers, a service lady, another lady who attempted to help with my kids by giving them hats- I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of attention, the lack of communication, amount of time and how the experience was handled. After leaving the dealership, they did refund my card after I asked for it multiple times. The issue that I have is that during inspection they tore off the trim even further than when I arrived and then the technician NOT shut the hood of my vehicle completely so as I was driving off I was notified that the hood was left open. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Lack of professionalism and I will not be returning for any future purchases or services.
