I always love bringing my truck to Champion because of the service and friendly atmosphere. However, I left 4 stars this time because I was charged and given a tire rotation when I didn’t ask for one. I paid the fee because the work was done and I know they did a professional job on it. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks.

took a week to get on the phone to schedule service and the extended warranty i purchased from champion has now not covered 2 things in a row back to back and am done with taking my vehicle for maintenance some where it takes a longer time to get it done to keep up with a warranty company that finds ways not to cover anything i need done.

We were waited on promptly but not pushed into anything. I was not bombarded by calls or emails. When appointments were scheduled we were not left waiting as our appointment time was kept and our time was respected .There were no issues with pricing (we did visit other dealerships.). I strongly recommend that you at least give them a try. FYI, their inventory is impressive.

I have bought and traded many vehicles but this latest purchasing experience was over the top for me! Chris Henson, my salesman, was nothing less than outstanding. I gave Champion Chevrolet a call one evening looking hard for this specific truck and Chris made sure that I ended up with the keys just two days later. The real impressive factor here is that when I arrived, my truck was parked on display in front, all paperwork was prepped, and I was welcomed with a truly positive buying experience. It all started and ended with Chris!
