I always have a great experience with Champion. I’ve been bringing my car here for about 6 years to get the oil changed, repairs, etc. Everyone is so friendly. I never feel like they are trying to scam me into doing anything unnecessary like a lot of the quick oil change places do. They’re truly the only place I trust with my car.

Update: I received a direct call from a manager who to talk about what happened. They were very apologetic and offered to come get my vehicle and drop off a loaner which is exactly what they did the following week. I was impressed with their customer service and willingness to do right by me. Wasted time. Scheduled an oil change and transmission flush. Dropped the car off on time then got a call 4 hours later saying the flush wasn’t started and if the vehicle could stay overnight which wasn’t a possibility. Was then told to come pick it up without the service being done. Complete waste of time.

Bought a new 2025 Silverado from Vickie today. Got what I wanted, saved money, great service.I drive past 2 other dealers I used to buy from . Champion will save you money.My tenth new truck bought from Chevy dealers .Drive a little further for a better deal .it’s my second New Silverado I bought from Vickie at Champion .Lagrange, Ky.
