The service department at Champion chevrolet GMC in lagrange is wonderful. Between my 2024 tahoe and my husband's 2019 silverado 2500 we can always count on quality work. Tony is very easy to talk to about any concerns we have with our vehicles.

We had a fantastic experience at Champion. We had been looking at Jeep Gladiators for months. We had a deal worked out with another dealer and they pulled tired old dealer tricks so we left. I saw a Gladiator at Champion we thought we wanted so I made an appointment to see it. We got there and drove it and it wasn’t what we wanted. Billy at Champion knew pretty much what we wanted after talking to us, so while we were test driving the Gladiator, he pulled out a Wrangler Moab that checked ever single box we had except the truck bed. He had it started up, with the top and windows down, ready for us to drive. We drove it and were instantly hooked. From there, Champion was excellent. There was zero pressure. There were zero dealer games. They held it for us with a small deposit, they gave us a respectable amount on our trade (which was a custom F-250 so no dealer was going to give me market) and got me out the door pretty much where I wanted to be. After we signed papers, the battery lost its life and they immediately stepped up and corrected it, which they did not have to do on a used vehicle. Every aspect of our experience was excellent and I will 100% look to them first on my next purchase.

I purchased a car from Champion Chevrolet of Lagrange in 2021. Since that time I have always taken it back to the dealership for service and repairs. Jay does a great job of staying in touch and connected during any service or repair. Communication is always the key!
