The issues were with the vehicle and not the fault of the dealer, but they handled it and resolved everything. ALLEN ALLEN ALLEN — this guy was awesome. He was patient as I asked to see just about every truck on the lot. He was knowledgeable of the the various trims and packages. I was particularly interested in towing capacity and he was kind enough to show me where it was listed on the truck. Solid guy I will definitely be working with for any future needs. So I just got a new 2021 Chevy Spark and was helped by Raymond Kellar. Wonderful guy very helpful with all the information I needed. There was even a couple instances where there would have been an issue but he caught and fixed it. The whole process that could be stressful elsewhere was a breeze here. Had my GMC Sierra fuel pump control module replaced here because it was a "dealer only" part that had to be programmed by a GMC dealership. They got to it in a couple days then had to order the part. The repair went fine once they got the part but as expected it was very expensive. The service staff was courteous and helpful and the truck runs fine now.

poor communication. would call and be placed on hold and passed around to different people. nobody knew what the status of my vehicle was. after the dealership having my truck for a week, with no work being done I requested a loaner truck. I was told a manager would have to call me about that. after waiting 4 hours for a call, I just decided to go to the dealership to find out what's going on. then when I got there, all the sudden my truck was done and I could take it home. I don't feel like I was treated honestly at all. very bad experience. I am disappointed in chevrolet as a whole. I would love for a representative to reach out to me but I'm sure they have no interest in making it right. I don't know what I expected when I payed 50k for a new truck.

This was the quickest, most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had. Jimmy was great and super nice as was Melissa. I called about a Silverado that was cheaper and had lower miles than anything else I found near home. I do NOT recommend this place!! I’d give a 0 if I could! They will tell you what you want to hear to get the sale, make everything sound great - you buy the extra “warranty” that apparently covers EVERYTHING in the truck - all the way down to the radio. This is the 3rd time we’ve taken our NEW truck to LaGrange (which is an hour away from my house) for it “not to be covered” and then try to charge us FOR NOTHING! We could have bought a truck 3 miles from our house - but we decided to come here because they were super nice. We didn’t know that they had your back until they got your money, once they got your money - they don’t even know who you are. If this truck wasn’t almost a year old we would take it back! TERRIBLE service! I KNOW what service is (being a service manager myself) the BBB will be hearing from me! And every social media platform there is! TERRIBLE AND VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Champion GMC is quite a drive from where I live and don't know if I will be purchasing another vehicle there. I recently contacted Ed Brown at Champion Chevrolet about an out of town purchase from another dealer. He was more than happy to help but unfortunately the other dealer wasn’t. He then offered me a similar, albeit better vehicle he had in stock and at first I had my reservations. He said come by and drive it, take it home to show the wife. Well, I did and we both fell in love with the car, and honestly it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Ed put all the pieces together to make the deal work, and we couldn’t be happier. Incredible customer experience! I was looking to purchase a used vehicle for our daughter. I had a specific vehicle in mind and couldn't find one locally, so I started looking online and came across one at Champion Chevrolet Buick GMC. Allen Bolden was incredible to work with regarding this vehicle. As an out of state buyer who won't be able to see a vehicle in person, you have a lot of apprehension about a vehicle. I have come across other dealers through this process that weren't above board in regards to the vehicle. Allen went out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable with the vehicle. He took extra pictures, too walk through videos, and answered more questions than one human being should be regarding the vehicle. Thanks to his customer service, I felt as ease enough to purchase a 2019 Hyundai Accent from him for our daughter. Needed to get an estimate for cost of repairs after hitting a deer omw to work. Found the Champion Chevrolet body shop on a list of trusted shops my insurance company recommended. The staff has helped make a bad situation (car totalled) less bad by: -being friendly/courteous -getting me in and out promptly -communicating and walking me through the process so far Its too bad my car is totalled, I was really wanting to see the level of workmanship this shop produced. Maybe some other time

I would highly recommend this dealership specifically John Richards my salesman and Raymond Kellar in finance. I bought my Corvette sight unseen (huge risk). John was very patient with me as I was very picky. He put the car on the lift, sent me detailed photos interior and exterior. They both kept me updated multiple times a day. I work in the Auto industry and it's very hard to find salesman you can trust. I trusted these guys without meeting them. When I arrived to pick up my Corvette, it was detailed, stored in a covered parking area just waiting for me. John even went above and beyond to order me a set of Grand Sport mats and touch up paint incase I got any rock chips on the drive home. This was the greatest car buying experience I've had. Jay seems like a real straight shooter. Nice guy, and honest. Recommended that I just buy the part and install myself. Good thing, too as the service is a bit slow. However, you are the closest Chevy dealership to my house, so that means I'll be returning. Next time, I'll be a drop off customer, though. Oh--I had to call to make sure my part was there. The parts department never bothered to call.

I just purchased a new Silverado 1500 and had a wonderful experience working with Allen Bolden. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Some things to work on for the dealership (and get that fifth star) would be to improve the WiFi service to enable faster transfer of electronic documents, and to have a current and organized list of information for new vehicles on hand. For example, it took us a while to come to an agreement on available incentives. Overall, though, good job!

So dropped my Chevy Malibu off due to a problem with the stop start feature. They gave me a quote of 862 for repair. I get the car repaired and it breaks down again. Take it back and they tell me there is a bad engine. Ask for my money back because my problem is not fixed and the manger said no. She said she could not do it. Couldn’t even refund half?! When I drop the car off on day 1 they should have told me the engine was bad. That’s just terrible service. You literally fixed nothing. I have a warranty so I’m fine but that’s just atrocious. They should have ate that. At least refund the labor. These car places will do almost everything but solve the problem. You’re jobs is to diagnose and fix the problem. So what service did I pay for. The manager wouldn’t even talk to me and I was respectful. Don’t go here. Jay was nice though. They need to be more transparent with time of completion and call with updates. They just tried to treat me like any ol customer .
