I called late in the day with slow leak tire 30 minutes away. The service representative hesitated and said come now and got me in and tire repaired at the close of the day. I greatly appreciated his efforts and how he treated me. I feel bad I can’t remember his name. I have dealt with him several times and h has always been courteous, friendly and professional.

It was a horrible experience. They talk my fiance into getting a loan for a new trans mission as the first approach to repairing a slow leak in the bell housing. The internal parts were not damaged because the vehicle had been parked in the carport for several months. A bottle of blue devil should have been the first approach. I appreciate you causing me problems Champion.

Though I have had a few issues with my new car, if which is not the fault of the dealership. They have taken on and dealt with and quickly may I say to whatever issues have come up. With that type of service I made sure my son came and did his business here also.

My experience with them was great! I have been looking for a very specific Trailblazer for a while now and they had exactly what I was looking for. Kaitlin got with me right away to set up an appointment time to be able to check the vehicle out. I met with Bennett who was very friendly and courteous. He made sure to show me all the features the vehicle had to offer which just made me love it even more. Melissa was the one who helped me with the financing end and she too was very nice and helpful with the whole process. My appointment was at 5:00 and they closed at 6:00, and I didn’t get out of there until almost 7:00 but neither Bennett or Melissa ever seemed like they were trying to rush me through the process to get out of there. They were professional and still detail oriented no matter how late it got. I made the short drive to La Grange to find out why no one beats a Champion and I would very much recommend them for your next car buying experience!

She didn’t care that the encore was more expensive and even warned us that it wouldn’t allow space for the rear facing car seat our son uses. I took my car to Champion for an issue with the air conditioner fan on Tuesday and did not have an appointment. I needed the car for an out-of-town trip on Friday and was told they would do the best they could to get the job completed. On Wednesday afternoon I received a call from the service department explaining what they needed to do to fix the issue and I was provided the cost. Instead of waiting to get the part until they got the okay from me Jay went ahead and obtained the part. I was so glad because I was told it was the only one available. I have done business with Champion for over 20 years and continue to value the service department here. I believe their service department is what sells so many vehicles for them.

Very pleasant and helpful. Because I live in Louisville and have odd work hours, they worked with me via email and over the phone to complete as much of the purchasing process as possible so that when I was able to visit the dealership, the purchase finalization went very quickly. They went as far as letting me put a small deposit on the car to hold it for me whereas another Chevy dealership in Louisville let me show up to the scheduled appt, test drive the car and when I retuned, told me it had been sold. I had every intention on putting an offer down on the car. Thank goodness it didn’t work out because I would’ve never met the wonderful people at Champion! First time visiting and buying from Champion. We had Chris set us up to test drive GMC Sierra AT4. It took a blink of an eye-no forms for us to fill out, nothing. He did everything on his phone. We knew right away that was the vehicle, but wasn’t comfortable with the price. We were honest with Chris and he understood. He wasn’t pushing us towards anything. It was a very shocking experience. In prior purchasing experiences, we had a hard time politely walking away from a dealership, because salesman was aggressively following us out. With Chris, it was very pleasant. It felt like we met someone we knew for years and chatted for a bit. After we test drove Chevrolet Silverado in Louisville dealership that same day, we knew we had to come back for Sierra. I called Chris and after few back and forts, we agreed on price. We drove off in our Sierra, right as Champion working hours ended. We went to Champion to just browse and decided to leave after browsing their inventory. We saw a car that we liked and decided to go home and research a little. My Wife called back to Champion to ask some questions and she got Allen Bolden on the phone he was pleasant and answered all of her questions and never pushed any certain cars at us. It was at that point that we decided to go back to Champion the same night and look and test drive a few of the cars that we liked. We ended up buying the 2021 GMC Terrain all because of Allen being an awesome person and never being pushy on what car we should buy!
