poor communication. would call and be placed on hold and passed around to different people. nobody knew what the status of my vehicle was. after the dealership having my truck for a week, with no work being done I requested a loaner truck. I was told a manager would have to call me about that. after waiting 4 hours for a call, I just decided to go to the dealership to find out what's going on. then when I got there, all the sudden my truck was done and I could take it home. I don't feel like I was treated honestly at all. very bad experience. I am disappointed in chevrolet as a whole. I would love for a representative to reach out to me but I'm sure they have no interest in making it right. I don't know what I expected when I payed 50k for a new truck.

Champion Chevrolet has consistently taken excellent care of my fleet vehicle over the years. I drive a Chevy Traverse, and their service team truly knows what they’re doing — they are the experts I trust every time I need work done. What really sets Champion Chevrolet apart, though, is the people. Tony and Jay are the faces you see when you come in for service, and despite how busy they are, they always take the time to make the experience personal. I’ve been coming here for several years now, and they know me well — often asking about my kids, family, and sports. That kind of care and consistency means a lot. Amanda handles scheduling my service appointments and is always incredibly pleasant to work with. She’s patient, kind, and so helpful when I’m trying to juggle service times around a busy schedule. A big shout-out to Tony, Jay, and Amanda — they are the reason Champion Chevrolet continues to be my go-to. Highly recommend this team to anyone looking for reliable service and people who truly care.

Do not trust the website for inventory. I drove from Louisville to buy a car with cash to arrive only to find out the car was sold "DAYS" ago. I checked the site before I left to make sure it was still listed. Almost 2 hours of my day wasted. Some of that is on me for not calling but in 2024, I'd expect the website to be updated when a car is sold as part of that transaction not wait days and waste people's time. Whomever is processing paper work isn't doing the other half of their job by updating the site. I get the fast turn over on the inventory but "as part of a sale," the cars should be removed. Other than that the salesperson that worked with us was very nice and accommodating. I'm sure they are delightful otherwise based on my limited interaction.

Matt Cooper was an excellent salesman. I never once felt pressured into one car or the other. He worked with me for a total of three days to find a car and was very patient and chill the whole time.
