Bought a used Truck from here and my husband is very happy with the service overall. Our only complaint was that there was only one finance person so our time there turned into a total of about 7 or 8 hours.

Vehicle was in for scheduled routine oil change, rotate tires and inspection. Service performed was done properly, however, it took 2 1/2 hours when they knew in advance that I was waiting and was told at check in that it should only be 1 hour.

Took my 2022 Chevy trail boss in for rear sliding window that was leaking and stain on headliner. Went to pickup truck after repair and cleaning and seen a scratch on back of truck and headliner had more stains on it after cleaning. I talked to jack the service manager he asked me to leave the truck. They gave me a loaner vehicle and repainted the scratched area and cleaned the headliner a second time looks great now took 2 times but they got it right so all good.

It seems like there are alot of appointments scheduled for the same time so it takes longer than expected for an oil change. Also, coupons don’t really seem to save you money. Example: oil change and tire rotation $76 with a $25 coupon applied should be $51 plus some change but the final charge of $66. Math doesn’t add up - they use coupon but then original bill amount changes

Jay, the service representative was the most accommodating rep I’ve ever dealt with at a dealership. I bought my equinox from an out of state GM dealership other than champion and was not happy that that dealership never notified me of recalls on my equinox so consequently I’ve had to be burdened with the expense of two fixes of recalls that had expired shortly before the problems surfaced. My complaints to GM about this have gone unanswered but my experience with Champion was satisfactory.

November 25, 2024: left car at Champion for catalytic converter replacement November 27, 2024: picked up car with new c. c. installed December 9, 2024: left car at Champion for them to determine why the new c. c. did not solve my car’s issue December 13, 2024: car blew up during a test drive which required towing back to Champion December 26, 2024: warranty company approved service records January 20, 2025: Champion finds the problem: a scored cylinder January 27, 2025: warranty company approves a new engine and turbo February 12, 2025: everything assembled, but in testing they determined that the old engine had damaged the catalytic converter February 17, 2025: new catalytic converter is installed February 22, 2025: Fred Tolsdorf, Champion owner, discounted my portion of the bill 50%. Thank you! Present: the car is running great! It took a long time, but all is well. Thank you.

I was very stressed and upset about how expensive it was to get fixed - although the price couldn’t be altered any lower, Jay was very patient and understanding with me and even paid for a me to drive a rental for a couple of days until the car was fixed.

Bought my daughter a used car here recently. Transaction went smooth, everyone was polite, and the price was fair. Of course, there were opportunities to add on warranties, and other services, but the sales tactics were not high pressure, and they quickly moved along when we declined. We arrived at 10:30am, took a test drive, and were out the door at noon. We’ll certainly check their inventory when we are in the market for another car!

Vickie was our sales person. She is very knowledgeable about our new truck and its features. She is very easy to work with and I would use again in the future. She gets 5 stars. The only thing that I didn’t like is the fact that the dealership itself preinstalled two items. One that I actually liked was the auxiliary brake light that flashes for about 2 seconds then goes solid red. The other thing is an AVAS gps system that would locate your truck if it was stolen and also tell you when your vehicle needs servicing, all for the outrageous price of $799. Then going back and rereading all of the paperwork that you had to sign, it is only good for 36 months.

Update: I received a direct call from a manager who to talk about what happened. They were very apologetic and offered to come get my vehicle and drop off a loaner which is exactly what they did the following week. I was impressed with their customer service and willingness to do right by me. Wasted time. Scheduled an oil change and transmission flush. Dropped the car off on time then got a call 4 hours later saying the flush wasn’t started and if the vehicle could stay overnight which wasn’t a possibility. Was then told to come pick it up without the service being done. Complete waste of time.

I always get my service here. They're great and responsive I also purchased my 2024 GMC AT4X here. BT is a great salesperson and transparent. I highly recommend this location. My only complaint is that they fixed my mirror a few months ago and did not completely reinstall the door and window trim they removed. I have no doubt they will take care of this soon. Awesome place, awesome people.

Do not trust the website for inventory. I drove from Louisville to buy a car with cash to arrive only to find out the car was sold "DAYS" ago. I checked the site before I left to make sure it was still listed. Almost 2 hours of my day wasted. Some of that is on me for not calling but in 2024, I'd expect the website to be updated when a car is sold as part of that transaction not wait days and waste people's time. Whomever is processing paper work isn't doing the other half of their job by updating the site. I get the fast turn over on the inventory but "as part of a sale," the cars should be removed. Other than that the salesperson that worked with us was very nice and accommodating. I'm sure they are delightful otherwise based on my limited interaction.

I am very thankful for that. However a call saying we have received the parts. We will start work tomorrow. I called twice and left messages to find out status ir charge? I recently worked with Bennett on ordering a new Bolt. At first reaching out, he answered all my questions in a timely manner and never pushed me to make a decision until I was ready (which was not the case with many other dealers in the area) and affirmed that there would be no "market adjustment" or mandatory equipment added to the sales cost. When it came time to ordering, he walked me through the process, never tried to upsell anything, and told me an expected timeline of 4-6 months, which I knew would be the case going in. During the build process, he checked in and provided updates on the status. The vehicle arrived after only 2 months. There was an issue with the brake module that was found when I test drove it. Not a knock on the dealership, as Bennett made sure to get it to the service department where they were able to fit a new part and work with GM to get all the software updated. When it came down to paperwork, there was no pressure on add-ons or financing, merely a yes or no question and then the signatures. A welcome change of pace from most dealers. The reason for the drop of a star is that I had ordered the lighter interior option and the vehicle showed up with the darker interior. Not a deal breaker, but a bit disappointing when ordering a vehicle and the paperwork shows the discrepancy.

I enjoyed my visit to Champion Chevrolet Buick GMC. I had to drive 145 to this dealer because dealers are not exchanging vehicles now because of the low supply. My leasing process was fairly smooth, except the financing that took around 2 hours. I traded-in a 2014 Chevrolet Volt that I absolutely loved, but I still wanted to go "full electric" with a Chevrolet Bolt. I got my chance to lease a new 2022 Bolt that has the leather perforated, COMFORTABLE seats and Bose Premium Sound System that was in the showroom of Champion Chevrolet Buick GMC. I'm learning a lot of new things about my new Bolt. I keep a running spreadsheet on my electric power use from charging, just like I did with my Volt. I had to turn off the Lane Keep Assist because it was just plain annoying. It was disconcerting to have the steering wheel pull to the right most of the time. Our roads here in Southern KY are just too narrow to risk running off the shoulder. Also, I appreciate the dark dash that replaced that gaudy white dash in the 1st generation, and the more comfortable seats. I was at the Champion Chevrolet Buick GMC Service Department 03/14/2022 to turn in my 2022 Chevrolet Bolt 2LT for its repurchase. Mariah was very organized, and made the process very fast, unlike the original lease process which took several hours. I didn't even need to stay until the inspection process was complete, and was allowed to leave the dealership with the repurchase check from General Motors.

Had my GMC Sierra fuel pump control module replaced here because it was a "dealer only" part that had to be programmed by a GMC dealership. They got to it in a couple days then had to order the part. The repair went fine once they got the part but as expected it was very expensive. The service staff was courteous and helpful and the truck runs fine now.

I just purchased a new Silverado 1500 and had a wonderful experience working with Allen Bolden. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Some things to work on for the dealership (and get that fifth star) would be to improve the WiFi service to enable faster transfer of electronic documents, and to have a current and organized list of information for new vehicles on hand. For example, it took us a while to come to an agreement on available incentives. Overall, though, good job!

Went in for a recall on my son's car. The waiting area was very comfortable. Good thing, I knew I'd have to wait for awhile, not being a paying customer. Had a 2 hr wait. Went to office and inquired how much longer, then they brought my car up. There was a miscommunication between the staff.

My wife and I recently visited this car lot to buy a vehicle (which we did) with a basic budget but not a real idea of what we wanted. We sat down and talked to them and came up with an idea of what would meet our needs and they showed us several mid sized SUVs which were all pretty good. Then my wife spotted a smaller boxy type car, a Kia Soul, that I wasn't really enthusiastic about at first. We took it for a test drive and both of us drove it around for a while to try it out. I'm a big guy at 6'4" and from the outside it looks small, but inside it was roomy enough to be comfortable for me which was surprising. Anyway we get back and pretty much decided on the Soul so we went through the whole process which only took a couple hours, got an extended warranty since it's a 2016 and only had 25,000 miles on it, and hit the road with it. The whole time we were there, there was never any pressure to buy anything. No pressure from the salesman (I think his name was Todd), no pressure from the lady doing the paperwork on getting a warranty, and generally a nice environment to just be in. All in all, next time we need to buy a vehicle, we'll come back to this lot. Which is probably sometime soon since I've been holding onto my 1996 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme since I got it 16 years ago lol. She's a reliable car, but she's starting to show her age. Anyway, I hope your experience is the same if you visit this car lot!

It seems every time I have my truck serviced at Champion something is always left out or forgotten, or just plain missed. This is the 4th time I have taken my truck to Champion for something (3 services 1 repair). The first two times I had the truck in for service the tires weren't rotated even though I had requested it, and the service adviser recommended it. When I brought the truck in to have some body damage repaired the tires did get rotated per the service department, but the repair shop was not able to wash the truck, they did promise the vehicle would be cleaned the next time I brought it in for service. Which brings us to my most recent service visit, I brought the truck in for an oil change and specifically reminded the service adviser about the car wash I was promised by the body shop, they indicated to me they were adding it to the notes. When I picked my vehicle up it had not been cleaned, the driver seat was all the way forward for some reason, and the paper floor mat was still in the floor. Because of all the reasons listed above I will no longer be using the Champion Chevrolet service department for any more of my vehicles maintenance needs. I bought this truck at Champion specifically because the service department is convenient for me as I live in LaGrange, but now I am even questioning my purchase decision. Update - I have been in contact with the dealership and they have expressed great interest in resolving the issues I have experienced. I will continue to update my review as this progresses. Update 2 - I worked directly with the service manager and she was very apologetic of the situation. I dropped my truck off yesterday with her and she had it detailed. They did an excellent job.

Purchased 2016 Buick Enclave with a little over 10,000 miles on it from Champion in LaGrange KY. Thought using a small dealer would provide good personal service. It is about 60 miles round trip to this dealer. I had to make 3 trips to have a couple of issues handled. This car should have had these issues settled before it was offered to any customer. As stated I made 3 trips, spent 3 separate "several" hour waiting periods for minor repairs and one issue I mentioned on each visit has still not been taken care of. I only know this because Onstar reports when something is wrong. Pretty dissatisfied and frustrated with the service at this dealership. I am updating this review. I was contacted by the dealership. They came to get my car and left a loaner for me. The issues were resolved. I was told they would ship new floor mats . I have not gotten them as yet but am hopeful they will be coming. I believe they worked hard to take care of my concerns.
