So dropped my Chevy Malibu off due to a problem with the stop start feature. They gave me a quote of 862 for repair. I get the car repaired and it breaks down again. Take it back and they tell me there is a bad engine. Ask for my money back because my problem is not fixed and the manger said no. She said she could not do it. Couldn’t even refund half?! When I drop the car off on day 1 they should have told me the engine was bad. That’s just terrible service. You literally fixed nothing. I have a warranty so I’m fine but that’s just atrocious. They should have ate that. At least refund the labor. These car places will do almost everything but solve the problem. You’re jobs is to diagnose and fix the problem. So what service did I pay for. The manager wouldn’t even talk to me and I was respectful. Don’t go here. Jay was nice though. They need to be more transparent with time of completion and call with updates. They just tried to treat me like any ol customer .

I am in my 90s so the informed, kind attention paid me when I asked questions such as “is my ‘04 Impala worth servicing?” were greatly appreciated. Then the skill of the mechanic replacing vital parts must be excellent because all parts replaced have 2 year guarantee. Quentin provided the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I COULD ASK FOR!! I'm sure I wasn't the easiest, but he made sure my daughter and I was happy. I told him what we wanted and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! I WILL SHOP WITH HIM AGAIN!! If I could give 20 or more stars I would!!!

One of the best car buying experience i have ever had. No back and forth i new what I wanted to spend and new what I wanted for my trade it was like they where reading my mind great experience all way around sorry have no pics. Way to go Chris 👍👍👍
