I have used the service department at Champion Chevrolet for several years, both with a vehicle purchased from them and a vehicle purchased from a different dealership. I have always been satisfied with how issues were resolved, even when there was an incident that could have become a problem , they handled it promptly and efficiently. The service department is always very busy but even in high volume, they seem to keep things on a personal level. It's nice to have this quality of service in our city of Lagrange, Ky.

This is an updated review… my experience with Champion Service was great start to finish. Communication with Tony and the Parts manager was excellent throughout the 3 months they had my vehicle (engine was on back order, not their fault). I was kept updated on the status of the engine and provided a vehicle to drive since this was warranty issue, which was extremely helpful. Staff was very friendly and helpful answering questions anytime I checked on the status of my back ordered engine. Work was done to my satisfaction and my vehicle had even been washed when I picked it up. Just an overall VERY POSITIVE experience. Thank you for all your help!

Every time I go I have a pleasant experience! The lounge is comfy and the wait is never too long! Everyone's so nice and even when I call because I thought I heard something, they tell me bring it in! They are the only place that will ever touch my car! And the best salesman there is John! I had an appointment for a simple tune up and it took 6 days. I had to call to get updates. I wasn't told about an additional 3 percent charge until I was heading to the cashier. If I known ahead of time, I would have brought cash. I had to ask for a little off the bill for my inconvenience, which was eaten by the surcharge. After 6 days, the least they could have done was wash the car. But they did not. The car sounds louder than when I took it in.

Best source for Corvette or other GM service at least in this region from my experience. People bring their cars from fairly far to have them serviced here. Greg is a top notch mechanic specializing in Corvettes. Tony and Sonny were also great to work with. Top notch service crew here.

The recent service experience for my Chevrolet Blazer EV was five star. The scheduled maintenance, included a tire rotation, the resolution of outstanding recalls, and key reprogramming, was executed with efficiency. The convenience offered by your key drop-off service proved to be immensely valuable, allowing for us to drop off the car after service hours of 6. A pivotal aspect of this positive experience was the exceptional support provided by Samantha. Her proactive engagement was evident from the outset; on the morning following an evening drop drop-off, we received a thoughtful text message introducing her as our dedicated service contact and clearly outlining her availability for any questions or concerns via text or phone. She responded to a question I had immediately. Throughout the service process, Samantha's responsiveness to our inquiries was truly exemplary. Her ability to deliver prompt, comprehensive, and exceptionally clear answers to all our questions transformed what could often be a stressful process into a remarkably smooth and transparent one. Samantha’s standard of communication sets an impressive benchmark for customer care, significantly contributing to our peace of mind. Two things potential customers should be aware is that, customer parking availability at the facility is limited. Secondly, it was noted that a 3% processing fee is applied to credit card transactions, although alternative payment methods such as personal checks, debit cards, and cash are accepted with no fees. These minor points, however, in no way diminish our profound satisfaction with the service received. We wish to specifically commend Samantha, whose exemplary professionalism, outstanding communication. We are unequivocally pleased with the outcome and anticipate Champion will be our preferred dealership for all future service needs. Thank you for delivering such a high standard of service

My old car started giving me trouble a few weeks ago. A good friend of mine told me to call Quentin McNair, she said he could help me. I called him up and he told me to come see him. He told me he could help. I asked for his location and he told me he was in Lagrange. I said LAGRANGE!!!! Lord knows I didn't want to drive that far but I'm so glad I did!!!!! He was super nice and helped me find a car that was suitable for me and my budget. Everyone there was really sweet and very professional. They went to extreme lengths to help me and I'm truly grateful.

This has been my third oil change with this dealership. I prefer the dealerships for the service for my car because of their multipoint inspections they offer. Every time I have come in I have had an appointment but have spend no less then 2 hours for an oil change. I had scheduled a tire rotation for my first service with this dealership. Every service they have attempted to sell me air filters. I replace these my self and had installed new ones before the service. The second service I did not want a tire rotation I had only scheduled a oil change but they did it regardless and charged me for it and did not offer to take it off as it was not a service I had asked for. I paid it. As soon as I got on the interstate after leaving I turned right back around to return because of a vibration I had in my steering wheel that was not there previous. They did not offer to rotate my tires back. I believe that if you were going to rotate the tires, you should offer a balance with it. I stopped getting a tire rotation at this dealer because I had purchased road hazard on my tires Which includes lifetime repair, rotation, and balance. Along with this, they recommended new tires. I had just purchased my tires in February. The link they sent me with the recommendations for the service stated that my tires were at 4/32nds and 6/32nds. I work at a shop myself, so I got my tread depth gauge and checked them myself. They were all at 9/32nds wearing evenly across the tread. After returning to the dealership and the service writer and a mechanic taking a test drive. They stated that “the car seemed perfectly fine”. I asked them to put it in the notes on my file.i then proceeded to get my tires balanced. now with my third service, I just had yesterday. I spent 2 1/2 hours there for an oil change. I confirmed when making the appointment that I did not want a tire rotation. I also confirmed before signing the form on the tablet, prior to the service, that I only wanted an oil change. The service writer proceeded to ask me after two hours if I wanted the tire rotation. I told her no. She told me they would have to pull my car back in and rotate them back. They gave me a discount but that was about it. I’ve had some negative experiences with other dealerships but nothing as consistent as this dealership. I will not be returning to get service by this location again.
