The recent service experience for my Chevrolet Blazer EV was five star. The scheduled maintenance, included a tire rotation, the resolution of outstanding recalls, and key reprogramming, was executed with efficiency. The convenience offered by your key drop-off service proved to be immensely valuable, allowing for us to drop off the car after service hours of 6. A pivotal aspect of this positive experience was the exceptional support provided by Samantha. Her proactive engagement was evident from the outset; on the morning following an evening drop drop-off, we received a thoughtful text message introducing her as our dedicated service contact and clearly outlining her availability for any questions or concerns via text or phone. She responded to a question I had immediately. Throughout the service process, Samantha's responsiveness to our inquiries was truly exemplary. Her ability to deliver prompt, comprehensive, and exceptionally clear answers to all our questions transformed what could often be a stressful process into a remarkably smooth and transparent one. Samantha’s standard of communication sets an impressive benchmark for customer care, significantly contributing to our peace of mind. Two things potential customers should be aware is that, customer parking availability at the facility is limited. Secondly, it was noted that a 3% processing fee is applied to credit card transactions, although alternative payment methods such as personal checks, debit cards, and cash are accepted with no fees. These minor points, however, in no way diminish our profound satisfaction with the service received. We wish to specifically commend Samantha, whose exemplary professionalism, outstanding communication. We are unequivocally pleased with the outcome and anticipate Champion will be our preferred dealership for all future service needs. Thank you for delivering such a high standard of service

My experience with Champion was outstanding. Bennett was easy to work with and his primary goal was satisfying the customer. If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle do yourself a favor and make the drive to La Grange.
