I'm back again for my oil change as always they were extremely friendly and courteous, but I Don't understand why it was absolutely $10 more than usual 🙃

I had a 10:00 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I had to wait 2 hours and 40 minutes only to find out when I went to pay that they forgot to do the tire rotation. I’m very disappointed

I’ve been looking for a Yukon XL for weeks. They are in very short supply, and very high demand. Chris at Champion was by far the easiest person to deal with that I have spoken to in weeks and I’ve called A LOT of dealerships! A lot of dealerships are charging above MSRP because of the demand and Champion was not. I can not say enough good things! Very pleased with the experience from beginning to end!

Tate Mason

The sales department was great, but the service department did a horrible job. The service representative, Tony, lied to me on several occasions about what the warranty would pay for and work that was supposed to be completed and was not. They had my vehicle for two months, replacing the engine and within one day I had to take it back and that’s when they informed me I needed a new transmission. Not sure why they didn’t catch that during the two months they had it, especially since they were supposed to flush the transmission. I even called to confirm that they were going to flush the transmission during the engine work and they said they would. When I picked it up, they said they had not flushed the transmission. he told me the warranty would not cover a certain part of the work which was gonna cost over $1000. I asked him if it would be worth calling The warranty company to confirm and he said no, I would just be wasting my time. I called the warranty company, and they immediately said they would cover the part and said that it would not make sense for them not to. I am not a hard man to please, but very unhappy with my experience at Champion.
