I will NEVER buy a car from Champion again. The way Fred’s son runs the dealership is not how his father did business. Shame on you!!!! You knew the car had problems 1 week after I bought it. We trusted you all and did EVERYTHING you said to do: From this point on - everyone in a 4 county radius will know how unprofessional and unethical you are. DO NOT SUPPORT CHAMPION!!!!!!!

Wonderful Experience! I have purchased lots of vehicles over the years and this by far has been one of the best. The staff were super friendly. The appraisal process was simple and quick. My salesperson, was knowledgeable, helpful, and Quite enjoyable to work with. I would buy from them again!

I just bought a used suburban from champion and was more than happy with the sales department especially Julie Gallichio. I am super busy and had to push off getting the car and Julie was super understanding and was still able to get me into the new vehicle. There was no salesman push, no rush to sell it, and no hastling. I got a great deal on the vehicle and it was a super easy process. Thanks Julie and the rest of the sales team

John quickly assisted me, and helped me to realize the amazing Customer Service at Champion GMC. We discussed my price range, how much I’m willing to pay per month, and he found me a plan that didn’t go far off my goal, and it was something I was comfortable with. John also would only sell me a car he knew I would love, and feel safe and comfortable in. Not only did John assist me, but the entire staff that was there had something kind to say, and wasn’t scared to shake a hand. I started financing the 2018 Ford Escape that had a pristine interior and exterior, and drove very smoothly.

I have to send a huge shout out to Quentin Mcnair at Champion Auto for getting me into my new ride. About 2 weeks ago my car started messing up. On my way home from work it stopped at the Rally’s on Bardstown Rd 8:30 at night traffic crazy and people flying down the street. I did not know what I was going to do. I put the car in the shop to see what the problem was. My transmission went out. I refused to put another dime into it and I still owed 4,000 plus on it. I kept saying I trust you God, I don’t know what I’m going to do but I trust you. After crying, loved ones driving to and from both jobs it hit me to call my childhood friend. She connected me to Mr. Quentin. I went in telling him I had nothing to put down, my car does not work AND I still owe on it. I asked if he could still help me. I reiterated I had nothing to put down. He said give him a call and he’ll work with me. While at work Friday he sent me pictures and the application. I found the one above and Saturday after work my sister drove me to get it. Even while talking to the lady doing to paper work I was getting ready to turn back BUT GOD!!! I kept trusting and left with my new ride. My birthday is Wednesday and I’m thanking God for the blessing! Keep trusting him when other’s say no God says YES CHILD!!! 💜 Low Miles Bumper to Bumper Warranty Clean Auto Start Apple Play Heated Seats All with NO MONEY DOWN and took my trade that had issues and still owed a nice amount on!!!

I had brought my car in because the Super cruise wasn’t working. I had taken it to another dealership prior and they had it for over 2 weeks and couldn’t figure it out and wouldn’t give me a loaner vehicle. I brought it to Champion they gave me a loaner vehicle and figured out what the problem was, fixed it , and super cruise is working great. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommended!

Got my first oil change and tire rotation today on my new 2025 Silverado . Also was given the overall inspection it was due . All this was free of charge . Jay was the man that took care of my service . This was at Champion Chevrolet in Lagrange . Everything was done quick and there was no problems . I went into the dealership for a quote for a piece of trim that was bowing out. I had an appointment scheduled after waiting for 2 weeks for a call back from a service worker- I left a voicemail requesting a callback and never heard back from. During my appointment- I had to bring my kids with me and anticipated to be there 30min-1 hour for a simple exterior trim quote. This appointment took over 2 hours for a quote. A simple quote. The service technician did not tell me about any charges that would be needed when he took my keys. We were there for approximately an hour and a half and our car was then parked outside the window of the lounge and I waited for an additional 10-15mins to see if someone was going to call us back to get our car. No one did. I went Up to the desk, and was informed my tech had gone to lunch. Regardless of they were at lunch or not- someone else should be able to step in and complete the appointment. The lady working the service desk then proceeds to help me figure out what was going on with my car. The other tech proceeds to tell me that they’ve run an entire diagnostic on my car- something I did NOT ask for. Then tells me I’m due to pay nearly $200 and can’t explain to me why they’ve run the tests for a trim repair. After being passed around between 2 cashiers, a service lady, another lady who attempted to help with my kids by giving them hats- I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of attention, the lack of communication, amount of time and how the experience was handled. After leaving the dealership, they did refund my card after I asked for it multiple times. The issue that I have is that during inspection they tore off the trim even further than when I arrived and then the technician NOT shut the hood of my vehicle completely so as I was driving off I was notified that the hood was left open. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Lack of professionalism and I will not be returning for any future purchases or services.

Called Champions and talked to Tony to set up a date for the Airbag safety Recall . He was very accommodating and set a time that suited my schedule! I called the day before my appointment and asked if I could also get an oil change and tire rotation and was told yes! Once I dropped the vehicle off Tony was again very accommodating and notified me once the work on the vehicle was completed, ahead of time!!! I highly recommend Champions!

Took my 2022 Chevy trail boss in for rear sliding window that was leaking and stain on headliner. Went to pickup truck after repair and cleaning and seen a scratch on back of truck and headliner had more stains on it after cleaning. I talked to jack the service manager he asked me to leave the truck. They gave me a loaner vehicle and repainted the scratched area and cleaned the headliner a second time looks great now took 2 times but they got it right so all good.

I have mixed feelings about my service experience. After waiting a month for an open appointment, it was disappointing how long it took due to other priorities in the shop. My 4 labor hour quote repair took 4 days. When completed, I feel it was done properly. Also paperwork identified work performed on a different VIN # and year of car.
