I must tell you, Mr. John Richards salesman Excalibur, Has the patience of Job. We bought the vehicle from out of state and he had it all ready for us when we got there to test drive and made sure that it was clean and gassed up when it was time to go. In the meantime, There were many kinks that I needed to work out to be able to purchase the vehicle in terms of credit reporting and so forth. (my credit was locked) And he took the time and the interest to continue to work with us through all the paperwork and make sure that we were quite satisfied customers when we walked out the door. Delivered my vehicle 1 hour late without time to fully inspect, as I was leaving for work. Came to my door >2hours away. 1st time buying a used car online. Don't do it. Car had body damage I could not see in online pics. Received 1 key fob that was obviously older than the car. My online agent bought me another fob so that id have 2 fobs. Wheels had locks without a lug key. No cabin air filter. Waited >45 days for my title. Called multiple times regarding my insurance policy with no response. This review is 100% accurate, hand to the Lord.

We have been taking our vehicles to them for years and even ordered a truck from this dealership in 2021 and have never had a bad experience with them. From the sales department, to service and the ladies who answer the calls in customer service. Every interaction has been exceptional. We had an issue with one of our vehicles on Labor Day weekend and were due to travel that Monday, Tony took really good care of us and although we had an appointment scheduled for 4 days out, the vehicle was towed the same day we called the dealership to make an appointment. The very next day we received a call that the vehicle was ready. They didn’t have to service it or even do a diagnostic on it until the day it was scheduled for, but they really do care about their customers and knew we needed the vehicle ASAP and the truck was already there. We appreciate everyone there and are very thankful they have great people working there. We have one other vehicle that has warranty at a different dealership and they have been nothing but a headache, warranty expires soon and we will be switching all of our vehicles to this dealership. Thank you for always getting us in and making sure were all set. You are awesome. Again, thank you TONY for making sure we were taken care of. Update: took our vehicles to be serviced and again, exceptional customer service. Thank you for always taking care of our vehicles!

If you are in the market for a new GMC or Chevrolet you can’t go wrong with the folks at CHAMPION CHEVROLET GMC in Lagrange Ky. I researched the Truck I wanted online and got quotes from several dealerships. I settled on Champion based on their highly ranked Customer Service and reputation. John Richard’s was great to work with. No high pressure and I got a great deal. John said he drives from Louisville to Lagrange for work everyday because the Tolsdorf family are the best folks he’s ever worked for. Thank you Duke Harper

I have been dealing with these folks for many years and have always been treated fairly. The service department is top notch and service writers have GM knowledge to help sort out the problem. Unless I was out of town I cannot imagine a situation I would take my Cadillac any place else for repair. If your not happy they are not happy

Bought a truck here. It could have caused a horrible accident hurting myself or my family!!@ Prior to purchase I explained to the salesman issac the used car manager billy and the finance guy i dealt with that the front end of the truck had something wrong with it. They assured me it hasn't been through inspection yet and everything would be fixed i live over 3hrs away so I bought the truck and left. 6 days later roughly I picked up truck late at night and on the drive home the upper control arm broke almost in half causing the truck to be un drivable if it fully broke it could have ended myself or my family's live. At this time the manager Billy the gm WES or the owner FRED have offered to do absolutely nothing about it even though I even offered them to just buy the parts not pay labor or alignment just the parts I've been met with multiple people telling me different story's from we will fix it to we will not fix it. They even wrote an IOU for fixing the front end and alignment which obviously was not inspected correctly. I gave them multiple weeks to help me or give me a resolution they've done nothing to help me. Overall horrible experience with them and the lender they sent me with was even worse to get a payoff from! 30+ days truck's been sitting. This lot has no floor plan which means the owner owns everything and could easily afford to make this situation whole for context about $1,900 to fix this situation In my opinion and experience this dealership like most others value profit margins over the safety or concerns of there customers! I will attempt to attach a photo of the damage for proof. Multiple red flags from rude sales members to stuck up attitudes should have made me change my mind and leave before we got to this point. Don't make the same mistake I did and make sure they fix the things they said they would!

He was up front and honest from the start which I like in a person as I know they have nothing to hide. He told me about what my payments would be on the SUV that I chose and he was right on the money. He was willing to help out in any way he could to make sure I would be happy with my car and the buying terms. He is a very courteous and kind man with a world of knowledge in the car industry. We bought our 1 ton Dually Truck from Todd 1 year ago, and my Morher-in-law just bought a car from him 2 months ago and now my new purchase!! No one wants their car to have expensive repairs.... Especially two weeks before Christmas. But I was so thankful that Champion was able to work me into the schedule to fix my engine light. I thought the issue was an oxygen sensor, but it turned out to be much more serious than that. Champion did an awesome job at the repair and it turned out that my invoice was much less than the quoted amount. The service department is awesome and extremely trustworthy! I would not have known any different if I had been charged the more expensive amount. Thank you to Champion for being an honest business in the community!

My truck went in for the common CCV (23 Silverado Duramax 3.0L LZ0). Luckily they had the part at time of my appointment. I got a loaner to use that was also a Silverado pick up so I didn’t feel like I was out of my utility capability. They had my truck for 2 weeks because the tech went hunting for a week. Everything else was seamless and easy. Didn’t get hassled around.
