Lack of communication even with all the options they sent. Had my vehicle for 3 weeks. They said if I had questions to text the number they sent me. Texts went unanswered, voice mails left were never returned. And when wrong service writer would answer they would take a message and it would be a few more phone call before I heard back.

I scheduled a tire replacement and alignment for my 2015 Corvette. Tony has been my "go to" Service Advisor since purchase in December 2020. Always helpful and Customer Service focused. It was a busy day and a longer than normal wait but Tony kept me apprised of the progress and was apologetic regarding the wait. Greatly appreciated! Big thanks to the auto shop for making my 2024 Trax brand new again! They went above and beyond with a wash, inside detailed and even took care of a recall on my car. On top of all that, they met their timeframe of one week to get it done! The parts took FOREVER but not their fault! Also, great communication throughout! This is the 2nd time they have fixed a car for me! Honestly, I hope next time is to buy another car instead of getting one repaired from an accident!

Took my 2021 chevy with 40,000 miles in because check engine light came on with code for turbo charger. I made an appointment for Wednesday and they said it would take 6 or 7 days to confirm diagnosis, order parts, and put them in. It ended up taking them a week to even assign a tech to it. Meanwhile im calling every day and the people answering phones seemed very annoyed with me and never knew anything about my car. My service person was tony. He never seemed to be available when i called but he also never offered up information on his own. I always had to leave messages for him and then he would maybe send me a text message back the next day. It ended up taking one week for a tech to even be assigned and then the parts took a week to arrive. I didn't get my car back for two weeks. The repair work was under warranty but i still had to pay over 200$ in ubers to get to work and back during those two weeks. Its extra frustrating because if they had just looked at my car during the scheduled appointment i made, then the parts would have been there in the first week like they had originally told me on the phone when i made the appointment. I understand delays in getting parts or just being busy but this was so inconvenient. I went to this chevy dealership because the others in the area seemed to have an even worse service department. Makes me want to never buy a chevy again because none of the dealerships are friendly unless you are buying and I've had multiple problems covered under warranty with this car that is less than 5 years old.

I especially liked the service check that they do when getting an oil change. This let me know that my brakes would need to be replaced soon. I went ahead and had them do the brakes while they had my car.

I have always had a good experience getting my vehicle serviced here, although a chaotic atmosphere. Prices are very expensive, I’m not sure why it’s advertised as a $60 oil change, when in fact it’s closer to $80 with all the fees tacked on after the fact!? It’s an oil change, isn’t it per usual to dispose of the oil & add a filter with these things not being extra?
