I needed new wiper blades badly. I didn’t have an appointment with them but they squeezed me in. It probably only took 20 minutes for them to get done. The price was good as well. Their wipers fit my windshield the best too.

EVERYONE was super friendly and it makes a difference when you are making a big decision to not feel pressured or manipulated. I went in late this evening to inquire about an older model GMC. Instead of laughing and giving me a confused look like most places, they took me seriously and also gave me a quote quickly for my car that I’m interesting in selling. I did not buy a car yet because I am looking for a specific model, but of all the dealerships I’ve been to over the past few weeks, and there’s been a lot, I’d pick this one to do business with. Also the manager is very attractive, which helps. 10/10 would recommend from a customer service standpoint.

I was not looking forward to the process of buying my first new car in 16 years. I was apprehensive and worried I would have to deal with pushy salesmen. I am so glad I went to Champion. My salesman Chris was wonderful. He was not pushy at all. They definitely offer some extras (warranties, etc) but were understanding when I declined. They seemed to respect my budget, which I greatly appreciated!! Chris was very kind and patient and good-humored with my test-driving, even when I changed my mind entirely and bought a car that I did not even intend to test drive but could not resist when I saw it in person (2025 Trailblazer in Marina Blue--so gorgeous!!). Chris went through a LOT of trouble to get me the educator rebate ($500!) and texted me to see if I needed help with any of the pre-purchase process. He was very thoughtful and caring! Matt is the finance person and also very kind and patient and understanding. He even let me choose my license plate and did not make me feel bad when I declined an enhancement of the warranty I was not sure I could afford. I received a tour of the facility, will get my first oil change for free, and even took home a 'swag bag' with beautiful key chains, etc. I even got to meet Fred the owner. I was impressed with his friendly demeanor and generosity. I really feel like this was the best dealership I could have gone to and I truly appreciate being treated so kindly. For all these reasons, I highly recommend Champion Chevrolet to everyone!

Champion Chevrolet is just what their name states, “CHAMPIONS”. I have 2 Avalanches and a Buick Encore that I have serviced there. From the time you walk in til you leave with your car fixed they treat you like family. Friendly, courteous and honest are words that resonate with their service department. It seems like there are alot of appointments scheduled for the same time so it takes longer than expected for an oil change. Also, coupons don’t really seem to save you money. Example: oil change and tire rotation $76 with a $25 coupon applied should be $51 plus some change but the final charge of $66. Math doesn’t add up - they use coupon but then original bill amount changes

On my appointment date they got me in early, while the issue was finicky and they were not able to re-create the taillight issue. I left with the issue seeming resolved when I reached back out because it wasn’t they were prompt to get me in the following morning to have the issue addressed and fixed with more information . All staff were more than patient and polite, this vehicle is not even a brand of theirs but a vehicle purchased off the lot and they took great care of us. I’ve never had any issues from the day we bought the vehicle they really treat you like family.

The service guy we worked with orginally tried arguing that the issue we were explaining was incorrect. I had to tell him to google it and then he finally believed it. All of a sudden he knew what part to order and then said it would be received in 3-6 days. A month a half later he finally got us in, told me I would have a rental car and didn’t have that prepared. Overall terrible experience. I’d hate to be a regular customer at this dealership.
