I went into the dealership for a quote for a piece of trim that was bowing out. I had an appointment scheduled after waiting for 2 weeks for a call back from a service worker- I left a voicemail requesting a callback and never heard back from. During my appointment- I had to bring my kids with me and anticipated to be there 30min-1 hour for a simple exterior trim quote. This appointment took over 2 hours for a quote. A simple quote. The service technician did not tell me about any charges that would be needed when he took my keys. We were there for approximately an hour and a half and our car was then parked outside the window of the lounge and I waited for an additional 10-15mins to see if someone was going to call us back to get our car. No one did. I went Up to the desk, and was informed my tech had gone to lunch. Regardless of they were at lunch or not- someone else should be able to step in and complete the appointment. The lady working the service desk then proceeds to help me figure out what was going on with my car. The other tech proceeds to tell me that they’ve run an entire diagnostic on my car- something I did NOT ask for. Then tells me I’m due to pay nearly $200 and can’t explain to me why they’ve run the tests for a trim repair. After being passed around between 2 cashiers, a service lady, another lady who attempted to help with my kids by giving them hats- I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of attention, the lack of communication, amount of time and how the experience was handled. After leaving the dealership, they did refund my card after I asked for it multiple times. The issue that I have is that during inspection they tore off the trim even further than when I arrived and then the technician NOT shut the hood of my vehicle completely so as I was driving off I was notified that the hood was left open. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Lack of professionalism and I will not be returning for any future purchases or services.

What to say, whay to say, I cannot express enough gratitude toward this place. My wife and I have been searching tirelessly to get me a newer truck and to get her out of her kia and back into a truck. I came across champion Chevrolet on cargurus. They had 2 used trucks that peaked our interest. I got ahold of them on a Monday and by friday we had a deal worked out on not one but both of the trucks. We worked with Vicki and John for the sale and with Matt for the financing. We have dealt with numerous different car dealers throughout the years and, one thing we have notice is that usually when you leave a deleaership you feel takin advantage of. Well that was definitely not the case with this place. We left very happy and felt that we got more than a fair deal. They definitely went above and beyond any expectations of a dealership. I was very impressed with the fact of even on used vehicles they do a full service and detail. John would not let me take one of my trucks home until it had the service done and checked out good. Mind you we live 2 and half hours away and did the drive with 2 kids. But it was well worth it and I will forever recommend champion Chevrolet to any body that is looking for a great vehicle and even better service. They made us very comfortable and did not rush us while the paperwork got put together. Thank you again John, Vicki, and Matt for everything that you guys helped us with on getting us in our amazing new to us trucks.

Recently I purchased a 2005 Cadillac at Champion. I was told that a complete check up was done on the car. But there was a problem.... an oil leak. Champion took care of the problem and the car is great. They did more than any dealership I've ever dealt with before. I will continue to deal with Champion and recommend them to my friends.

I traded in my Nissan Rogue for a 2017 GMC Sierra about 16 months ago and have had nothing but issues with it since then. Within 3 months the air conditioning went out and I had to have the condenser and compressor replaced. Now after only driving 12k miles since the purchase, the transmission has failed and im out another $5500.00 for a new one. I hope this is not typical of the type of dealings you normally do because I feel there was either a lack of inspection before the trade or an unfair amount of disclosure of existing problems with this vehicle. Needless to say I will not be a repeat customer here and do not recommend them to anyone else in the area for a used trade. Update: After this post I was contacted by the dealership and returned thier call. I discussed the issues with customer support and they checked on the details of the transaction. I was later contacted by the owner and he offered to help with part of the cost of the transmission replacement cost after it is completed. I did not have any receipts from the a/c issue since it happened over a year ago but I'm still appreciative of the other assistance. I'm changing my rating from 1 star to 5 for the immediate response and willingness to help out.
