I bought a used 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe in beautiful condition from a local GMC dealership and within the first week had blown a rear strut. When I reached out to the dealership I bought it from, they were not able to work me in to even LOOK at my car for three weeks. So I took the opportunity to start calling around to find a proper Chevrolet dealership. As providence would have it, I was able to be seen same-day at Champion Chevrolet. From the woman who answered the phone in the service department, to Cedrick my service advisor, to the person who ran to Huntsville to get the parts needed, and Bruce who performed the work (and don’t forget Shaw who ran me to the bank!)I received top-notch service. Everyone was friendly and considerate, knowledgeable and honest. It’s hard to know who to trust when it comes to taking care of your car, and I am so grateful to know I have a partner in Champion Chevrolet! More grateful I could not be.

I had a good experience all around from Kaitlin Woods “online rep” to Vicki “sales Rep”. No pressure to buy anything. Asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle and what I wanted to pay “ my budget”. I’m happy to say I got the truck I wanted in my price range!
