We went to Champion to just browse and decided to leave after browsing their inventory. We saw a car that we liked and decided to go home and research a little. My Wife called back to Champion to ask some questions and she got Allen Bolden on the phone he was pleasant and answered all of her questions and never pushed any certain cars at us. It was at that point that we decided to go back to Champion the same night and look and test drive a few of the cars that we liked. We ended up buying the 2021 GMC Terrain all because of Allen being an awesome person and never being pushy on what car we should buy! Long story short is that Champion has customers for life because of the courtesy, respect and professionalism that Allen showed us throughout the whole buying process Thank you Allen for being GREAT!!!

I purchased a 2021 Chevy Duramax Diesel 2500 HD High Country, pretty much sight unseen. Allen Bolden was my sales rep, and I couldn't thank him enough. He helped me with some decision making, finance, paperwork, and transport of my new truck. It’s the craziest thing I’ve ever done- but my work schedule was relentless and I needed a car quickly. Let me tell you- Todd has been with me every step of the way. Sending me videos, going over the car with second inspections, doing any repair he found, lifetime power train warranty, sending receipts for my Downpayment- everything he could do to reassure me. He even was even able to make the shipping work out in my budget, and it was so reasonable. I’m an anxiety handful and Todd has handled it like a champ and made the process actually enjoyable long distance. These folks are honest and kind. Incredible customer experience! I was looking to purchase a used vehicle for our daughter. I had a specific vehicle in mind and couldn't find one locally, so I started looking online and came across one at Champion Chevrolet Buick GMC. Allen Bolden was incredible to work with regarding this vehicle. As an out of state buyer who won't be able to see a vehicle in person, you have a lot of apprehension about a vehicle. Needed to get an estimate for cost of repairs after hitting a deer omw to work. Found the Champion Chevrolet body shop on a list of trusted shops my insurance company recommended. The staff has helped make a bad situation (car totalled) less bad by: -being friendly/courteous -getting me in and out promptly -communicating and walking me through the process so far Its too bad my car is totalled, I was really wanting to see the level of workmanship this shop produced. Maybe some other time

I would highly recommend this dealership specifically John Richards my salesman and Raymond Kellar in finance. I bought my Corvette sight unseen (huge risk). John was very patient with me as I was very picky. He put the car on the lift, sent me detailed photos interior and exterior. They both kept me updated multiple times a day. I work in the Auto industry and it's very hard to find salesman you can trust. I trusted these guys without meeting them. When I arrived to pick up my Corvette, it was detailed, stored in a covered parking area just waiting for me. John even went above and beyond to order me a set of Grand Sport mats and touch up paint incase I got any rock chips on the drive home. This was the greatest car buying experience I've had.
