I’m in process buying a C300 Mercedes 2014 from Champion in LaGrange, Ky long distance from Nashville. It’s the craziest thing I’ve ever done- but my work schedule was relentless and I needed a car quickly. Let me tell you- Todd has been with me every step of the way. Sending me videos, going over the car with second inspections, doing any repair he found, lifetime power train warranty, sending receipts for my Downpayment- everything he could do to reassure me. He even was even able to make the shipping work out in my budget, and it was so reasonable. I’m an anxiety handful and Todd has handled it like a champ and made the process actually enjoyable long distance. These folks are honest and kind. If you’re looking for a dealership- this ones for you.

We went to Champion to just browse and decided to leave after browsing their inventory. We saw a car that we liked and decided to go home and research a little. My Wife called back to Champion to ask some questions and she got Allen Bolden on the phone he was pleasant and answered all of her questions and never pushed any certain cars at us. It was at that point that we decided to go back to Champion the same night and look and test drive a few of the cars that we liked. We ended up buying the 2021 GMC Terrain all because of Allen being an awesome person and never being pushy on what car we should buy! Long story short is that Champion has customers for life because of the courtesy, respect and professionalism that Allen showed us throughout the whole buying process Thank you Allen for being GREAT!!!
