Vehicle was in for scheduled routine oil change, rotate tires and inspection. Service performed was done properly, however, it took 2 1/2 hours when they knew in advance that I was waiting and was told at check in that it should only be 1 hour.

This has been my third oil change with this dealership. I prefer the dealerships for the service for my car because of their multipoint inspections they offer. Every time I have come in I have had an appointment but have spend no less then 2 hours for an oil change. I had scheduled a tire rotation for my first service with this dealership. Every service they have attempted to sell me air filters. I replace these my self and had installed new ones before the service. The second service I did not want a tire rotation I had only scheduled a oil change but they did it regardless and charged me for it and did not offer to take it off as it was not a service I had asked for. I paid it. As soon as I got on the interstate after leaving I turned right back around to return because of a vibration I had in my steering wheel that was not there previous. They did not offer to rotate my tires back. I believe that if you were going to rotate the tires, you should offer a balance with it. I stopped getting a tire rotation at this dealer because I had purchased road hazard on my tires Which includes lifetime repair, rotation, and balance. Along with this, they recommended new tires. I had just purchased my tires in February. The link they sent me with the recommendations for the service stated that my tires were at 4/32nds and 6/32nds. I work at a shop myself, so I got my tread depth gauge and checked them myself. They were all at 9/32nds wearing evenly across the tread. After returning to the dealership and the service writer and a mechanic taking a test drive. They stated that “the car seemed perfectly fine”. I asked them to put it in the notes on my file.i then proceeded to get my tires balanced. now with my third service, I just had yesterday. I spent 2 1/2 hours there for an oil change. I confirmed when making the appointment that I did not want a tire rotation. I also confirmed before signing the form on the tablet, prior to the service, that I only wanted an oil change. The service writer proceeded to ask me after two hours if I wanted the tire rotation. I told her no. She told me they would have to pull my car back in and rotate them back. They gave me a discount but that was about it. I’ve had some negative experiences with other dealerships but nothing as consistent as this dealership. I will not be returning to get service by this location again.

Got my first oil change and tire rotation today on my new 2025 Silverado . Also was given the overall inspection it was due . All this was free of charge . Jay was the man that took care of my service . This was at Champion Chevrolet in Lagrange . Everything was done quick and there was no problems . I have always had a good experience getting my vehicle serviced here, although a chaotic atmosphere. Prices are very expensive, I’m not sure why it’s advertised as a $60 oil change, when in fact it’s closer to $80 with all the fees tacked on after the fact!? It’s an oil change, isn’t it per usual to dispose of the oil & add a filter with these things not being extra?

It seems like there are alot of appointments scheduled for the same time so it takes longer than expected for an oil change. Also, coupons don’t really seem to save you money. Example: oil change and tire rotation $76 with a $25 coupon applied should be $51 plus some change but the final charge of $66. Math doesn’t add up - they use coupon but then original bill amount changes

Will not recommend champion service to anyone. Having my car for 4 1/2 days for what turned into an oil change is ridiculous. Not replying to my text was in considerate. When I called for an update and telling me you missed my call because you were busy was alive. I had not called. I left a message 2 days prior that went unanswered. Don't tell people you will fit them it and then the car sits for 3 days waiting to be checked out. This was a huge inconvenience. Icing on the cake, I tried to use my GMC rewards to pay for the oil change i really didn't need.

If there was a 0 star that's what I would give today. Had an appointment for 1. Got there at 12 and dropped it and was told he would call me. I never heard back so I came at 3:01 pm and they hadn't even started on it but didn'ttell me that. We have always had good service until this time. I had black grease on my steering wheel, doors, passenger seat, glove box and paperwork in the glove box. I had left the wheel lock on console by my sunglasses so there was no need to be in either of the glove boxs at all. My sunglasses I found in the second row seat drink holders. However they said they gave me $25 off of the oil change/tire rotation. There was also a grease covered piece of broken metal laying on the passenger floorboard. Goodness knows what that's from!

it took a long time for service. The price I paid is not what was represented to me, it was about $80 over what was expected. All kinds of hidden fees and unexplainable charges. Also after my tire rotation they failed to put the correct pressure in the front and back. I will think twice about returning..

I always use Champion for oil changes. My visits take about an hour, and the service is always good. This most recent visit, however, took a bit over two hours. After waiting so long, and after my car was ready, I learned the shop was understaffed that day. If you are understaffed and things are taking longer than usual, please say so up front.

I took my 2001 car for a complete check and refresh. Champion was recommended by my son. Ryan, the mechanic impressed me with his knowledge. The car was in worse shape than expected, but Ryan took care of everything well. Samantha, my service writer, was always quick to give news about progress. She could, however be the same way about bad news. That's my only complaint.

First time dealing with champion Chevrolet. I was in a small accident and that’s where the other persons insurance sent me for the body work and paint. They did an excellent job on the repair on my truck. They even washed the whole truck, shined the tires and rims and vacuumed the inside of my truck. Could not recommend this place more. I didn't even buy my car here but i still come for my car maintenance. Service manager is wonderful. Did not try to sell me anything "extra" after my oil change and tire rotation. That's because i didn't need anything. I totally trust them, and when I do need something I know it's legitimate.

No problem here and they worked my truck in in 1 day instead of week long waiting list in Florida. I needed this done so I could continue my trip to Nebraska. Very professional people.

I’m in process buying a C300 Mercedes 2014 from Champion in LaGrange, Ky long distance from Nashville. It’s the craziest thing I’ve ever done- but my work schedule was relentless and I needed a car quickly. Let me tell you- Todd has been with me every step of the way. Sending me videos, going over the car with second inspections, doing any repair he found, lifetime power train warranty, sending receipts for my Downpayment- everything he could do to reassure me. He even was even able to make the shipping work out in my budget, and it was so reasonable. I’m an anxiety handful and Todd has handled it like a champ and made the process actually enjoyable long distance. These folks are honest and kind. If you’re looking for a dealership- this ones for you.

My salesman Allen Bolden really took care of us. No run around just straight up. I'm from Indiana so we called before we came and he honored the deal we made over the phone. Really made my car buying experience fantastic. The car had not been detailed yet because it had just been taken in as a trade in and he got it done right then. And it was done right. Even filled up the gas tank. Cannot thank him enough. Such a NICE GUY, Thanks Allen.

Jay & Tony both in service are super! Always so friendly & answers any questions we have about anything! The best part is anytime we call or come in, they know us by name & always greet us by our names... it’s nice to be remembered. We always come here for our oil changes & never have to wait too long! I’ve never had any problems. 😊

It seems every time I have my truck serviced at Champion something is always left out or forgotten, or just plain missed. This is the 4th time I have taken my truck to Champion for something (3 services 1 repair). The first two times I had the truck in for service the tires weren't rotated even though I had requested it, and the service adviser recommended it. When I brought the truck in to have some body damage repaired the tires did get rotated per the service department, but the repair shop was not able to wash the truck, they did promise the vehicle would be cleaned the next time I brought it in for service. Which brings us to my most recent service visit, I brought the truck in for an oil change and specifically reminded the service adviser about the car wash I was promised by the body shop, they indicated to me they were adding it to the notes. When I picked my vehicle up it had not been cleaned, the driver seat was all the way forward for some reason, and the paper floor mat was still in the floor. Because of all the reasons listed above I will no longer be using the Champion Chevrolet service department for any more of my vehicles maintenance needs. I bought this truck at Champion specifically because the service department is convenient for me as I live in LaGrange, but now I am even questioning my purchase decision. Update - I have been in contact with the dealership and they have expressed great interest in resolving the issues I have experienced. I will continue to update my review as this progresses. Update 2 - I worked directly with the service manager and she was very apologetic of the situation. I dropped my truck off yesterday with her and she had it detailed. They did an excellent job.

Recently I purchased a 2005 Cadillac at Champion. I was told that a complete check up was done on the car. But there was a problem.... an oil leak. Champion took care of the problem and the car is great. They did more than any dealership I've ever dealt with before. I will continue to deal with Champion and recommend them to my friends.
