It seems every time I have my truck serviced at Champion something is always left out or forgotten, or just plain missed. This is the 4th time I have taken my truck to Champion for something (3 services 1 repair). The first two times I had the truck in for service the tires weren't rotated even though I had requested it, and the service adviser recommended it. When I brought the truck in to have some body damage repaired the tires did get rotated per the service department, but the repair shop was not able to wash the truck, they did promise the vehicle would be cleaned the next time I brought it in for service. Which brings us to my most recent service visit, I brought the truck in for an oil change and specifically reminded the service adviser about the car wash I was promised by the body shop, they indicated to me they were adding it to the notes. When I picked my vehicle up it had not been cleaned, the driver seat was all the way forward for some reason, and the paper floor mat was still in the floor. Because of all the reasons listed above I will no longer be using the Champion Chevrolet service department for any more of my vehicles maintenance needs. I bought this truck at Champion specifically because the service department is convenient for me as I live in LaGrange, but now I am even questioning my purchase decision. Update - I have been in contact with the dealership and they have expressed great interest in resolving the issues I have experienced. I will continue to update my review as this progresses. Update 2 - I worked directly with the service manager and she was very apologetic of the situation. I dropped my truck off yesterday with her and she had it detailed. They did an excellent job.

Didn’t buy a car from personal circumstances, but when I do; it will be from wherever Quentin McNair is located! He is the consummate professional! He genuinely listened to, and digested my needs. I went in thinking I wanted one vehicle, and left realizing it wouldn’t fulfill my needs. He paired me up with another one, and if met EVERYTHING I needed; PLUS some! When I am in buying mode again, I will PROACTIVELY search for HIM, and him ALONE! Just from that ONE experience (and I have been buying cars for 30+ years), he has a client until I purchase my last vehicle! Do yourself a favor and trust HIS process!!!

So dropped my Chevy Malibu off due to a problem with the stop start feature. They gave me a quote of 862 for repair. I get the car repaired and it breaks down again. Take it back and they tell me there is a bad engine. Ask for my money back because my problem is not fixed and the manger said no. She said she could not do it. Couldn’t even refund half?! When I drop the car off on day 1 they should have told me the engine was bad. That’s just terrible service. You literally fixed nothing. I have a warranty so I’m fine but that’s just atrocious. They should have ate that. At least refund the labor. These car places will do almost everything but solve the problem. You’re jobs is to diagnose and fix the problem. So what service did I pay for. The manager wouldn’t even talk to me and I was respectful. Don’t go here. Jay was nice though. They need to be more transparent with time of completion and call with updates. They just tried to treat me like any ol customer .

Champion has always treated me right with my new SUV purchases and trades. Vickie works her magic on the numbers! And then I follow up with the service appts through Tony. The garage does an excellent job for us, as well. I'll stay loyal to Champion!! 😃
