If there was a 0 star that's what I would give today. Had an appointment for 1. Got there at 12 and dropped it and was told he would call me. I never heard back so I came at 3:01 pm and they hadn't even started on it but didn'ttell me that. We have always had good service until this time. I had black grease on my steering wheel, doors, passenger seat, glove box and paperwork in the glove box. I had left the wheel lock on console by my sunglasses so there was no need to be in either of the glove boxs at all. My sunglasses I found in the second row seat drink holders. However they said they gave me $25 off of the oil change/tire rotation. There was also a grease covered piece of broken metal laying on the passenger floorboard. Goodness knows what that's from!

Had oil change and tires rotated . Champion call and told it was ready. Had an issue with the auto transmission they checked and said it was fine. They do a very good job and the customer service is great.
