I had a 10:00 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I had to wait 2 hours and 40 minutes only to find out when I went to pay that they forgot to do the tire rotation. I’m very disappointed

I have been dealing with these folks for many years and have always been treated fairly. The service department is top notch and service writers have GM knowledge to help sort out the problem. Unless I was out of town I cannot imagine a situation I would take my Cadillac any place else for repair. If your not happy they are not happy

From arriving at the Champion dealership in LaGrange, KY to driving out of their parking lot with my new car, it took just 4 hours to do it all. Test drive, have all the paperwork filled in, having the vehicle prepped and signing everything, it was smooth sailing. Nice people to work with, too.
