Will not recommend champion service to anyone. Having my car for 4 1/2 days for what turned into an oil change is ridiculous. Not replying to my text was in considerate. When I called for an update and telling me you missed my call because you were busy was alive. I had not called. I left a message 2 days prior that went unanswered. Don't tell people you will fit them it and then the car sits for 3 days waiting to be checked out. This was a huge inconvenience. Icing on the cake, I tried to use my GMC rewards to pay for the oil change i really didn't need.

A great dealership that is worth the drive from Louisville. Far better experience than other GMC dealerships locally. EVERYONE was super friendly and it makes a difference when you are making a big decision to not feel pressured or manipulated. John was our sales rep and he was very knowledgeable about the products and helpful with finding the right truck for us. Take an extra few minutes to make the drive out to Champion, it’s worth it.
