I had a warranty issue with the battery. Mark was incredibly helpful and responsive to my concern. Thank you to the Service team for you excellent work! They provided an accurate timeline for diagnostics. Took me back to my house so I could work and promptly notified me and picked me up once the diagnostics had been completed. I cannot thank them enough for the top tier customer service they provided.

This was the first time dealing with this dealer and the first time I left with a positive feeling of dealers. Normally I would rather take a beating than dealing with salespersons and sales managers, but after meeting with salesman Bill Morrison I was immediately at ease. Bill, at no time put any pressure on me to purchase the vehicle. I did buy the certified pre-owned vehicle and when in need of another one I will call Bill.

The manager Stephanie was super friendly and helpful. Our sales rep Jimmy was awesome. Very low pressure, super friendly and knowledgeable. We came all the way from Indiana to see the car and ended up buying it. In fact if we ever need a car again in the future we will definitely go back.
