We have a Chevrolet dealership in our hometown but they were not at all wanting our business. Their new vehicles were $2000 to $4000 over sticker. I won’t go back there. Took my 2015 suburban in to have transmission replaced in June 2022, I was quoted a price and told 3-5 days until I got my vehicle back. A month later I still didn't have my vehicle and work hadn't even started until I called them and had to get upset about it. They apologized and said they'd give me a discount but when I showed up a few days later when the work was finally completed, the price was the same... I had to ask them to adjust it and they still only took off $200.

Staff was courteous but service took awhile. My car was out of service for over a week and rental coverage ended after 7 days. Courtesy cars provided by the dealership would be an awesome relief for most people. I ended up having to drive my sons diesel truck back and forth to work which cost me about $30 a day.

Bought my 2019 Denali new at courtesy GMC in louisville . Had issue with an acid smell in cab almost immediately. Took it in numerous times and they denied it had an issue . Called GM they told me to take to another dealer which I did , champion . Not only did they find the problem, fix it , work with GM to cover cost , they were receptive and professional. The DEF injector had a hole and the DEF fluid was leaking onto my exhaust and into the cab . They ran a test , found an error code , fixed it . Courtesy did nothing but tell me my farm truck was dirty ! U can buy a car from anyone BUT if u want an honest , reputable and responsive dealer , use Champion ( it’s worth the drive ) .

If you are looking for a trustworthy, honest, and extremely outgoing dealership to find your new car, look no further! We came here on a whim looking at a used car that had been keyed and not taken care of by the previous owner. Jimmy, one of the salesmen, showed us the car and was extremely helpful in offering up other options and allowing us to take our time in making the decision on what we were going to do. Then when we picked the car I have never felt more listened to. They were kind enough to repaint the car (THE BEST PAINT JOB YOU COULD EVER ASK FOR!!!) for a slighter higher price than they were originally asking for and fixed things that needed to be added or changed free of charge. They even kept us posted all the way through the process. Best and most honest dealership probably in the Indiana/Kentucky area. Definitely worth 5 stars and worth your time/money! Will be coming back!

Vickie Ireland was my sales rep. She is AMAZING. I purchased a 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500HD Z71. She was attentive, patient with my many questions and requests and accommodated every request as best she could. Most of the sale was coordinated via phone and email, as I had to order the truck (the one on the lot got sold like 20 mins prior to my deposit was processed on it). The truck came in 2 weeks earlier than expected. Vickie had my after market accessories on the truck and ready when I made the trip for the test drive and purchase/delivery of the truck. Quentin was our finance manager, no pressure, very professional and personable. Overall a phenomenal experience and I would HIGHLY recommend Champion despite the 1.5 hour drive to get there, solely based on the service experience created from start to finish. 10 out of 10, for sure.

Could not recommend this place more. I didn't even buy my car here but i still come for my car maintenance. Service manager is wonderful. Did not try to sell me anything "extra" after my oil change and tire rotation. That's because i didn't need anything. I totally trust them, and when I do need something I know it's legitimate.

Having issues with the new vehicle. Will contact today to see what can be done. Used vehicle was not clean and had less than a half tank of gas. I really hope the dealership follows thru with repairs. Fail to contact me about issues as promised. Receive a call from the dealership to complete my paint issues and was told I would receive a call from the body shop today. This did not happen…I didn’t receive a call. The dealership wants me to change my rating but have done nothing to make me change it.

I enjoyed my visit to Champion Chevrolet Buick GMC. I had to drive 145 to this dealer because dealers are not exchanging vehicles now because of the low supply. My leasing process was fairly smooth, except the financing that took around 2 hours. I traded-in a 2014 Chevrolet Volt that I absolutely loved, but I still wanted to go "full electric" with a Chevrolet Bolt. I got my chance to lease a new 2022 Bolt that has the leather perforated, COMFORTABLE seats and Bose Premium Sound System that was in the showroom of Champion Chevrolet Buick GMC. I'm learning a lot of new things about my new Bolt. I keep a running spreadsheet on my electric power use from charging, just like I did with my Volt. I had to turn off the Lane Keep Assist because it was just plain annoying. It was disconcerting to have the steering wheel pull to the right most of the time. Our roads here in Southern KY are just too narrow to risk running off the shoulder. Also, I appreciate the dark dash that replaced that gaudy white dash in the 1st generation, and the more comfortable seats. I was at the Champion Chevrolet Buick GMC Service Department 03/14/2022 to turn in my 2022 Chevrolet Bolt 2LT for its repurchase. Mariah was very organized, and made the process very fast, unlike the original lease process which took several hours. I didn't even need to stay until the inspection process was complete, and was allowed to leave the dealership with the repurchase check from General Motors.

Everyone was so kind and helpful and the process was flawless - like a well-oiled machine. They had a great waiting area with plenty of comfy seating and TV as well as a desk area to get work done. There was also a coffee bar for anyone wanting a cup. All you have to do is drive up and hand over your keys and they take it from there. You don’t even need to find a parking spot! Scheduling after hours on the GMC app was the icing on the cake!

After calling several times with no return calls and employees who only want to argue with you I can not recommend this dealership. The manager feels it is good practice to laugh at customers and talk over them. I have a recall on my truck that is very serious to where I almost crashed. It’s very disheartening that people find this funny. I will not be going to this dealership ever again. Hopefully the owner reads this and cares more than the manager. It’s unfortunate for them as I needed to upgrade my truck to an SUV but felt I couldn’t trade in my truck until this issue was resolved as I didn’t want anyone else to have to endure this problem. I will be purchasing my new vehicle elsewhere.
