Bought my 2019 Denali new at courtesy GMC in louisville . Had issue with an acid smell in cab almost immediately. Took it in numerous times and they denied it had an issue . Called GM they told me to take to another dealer which I did , champion . Not only did they find the problem, fix it , work with GM to cover cost , they were receptive and professional. The DEF injector had a hole and the DEF fluid was leaking onto my exhaust and into the cab . They ran a test , found an error code , fixed it . Courtesy did nothing but tell me my farm truck was dirty ! U can buy a car from anyone BUT if u want an honest , reputable and responsive dealer , use Champion ( it’s worth the drive ) .

Bought a brand new 2022 trailblazer from champion and my check engine light came on after 22,000 miles . So it is under warranty so I dropped it off so they could resolve the problem but they DIDNT . they made b.s excuses about too much oil being in the car and other b.s excuses .The problem was turbo related (which oil doesn’t having anything to do with the turbo ) and I did my research and it’s very common with this model/year to have Turbo issue . I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone because they didn’t want to fix the problem under warranty which is a manufacturer problem and they do not value Good customers . DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CHAMPION CHEVY

Showed up today to buy a Land Rover LR4. I originally agreed on a price of $19500 with the dealer. When I got there, the new price was $21000. This was after a 4 hour drive there. On top of the lie about pricing, the vehicle was making an odd noise from the engine and needed two front lower control arms. Super disappointed that Champion felt this was acceptable; but glad that we didn't agree on price and I didn't leave with a bad car. Hopefully they send this one to auction as I could never sell this to anyone like they did us with my morals.

I called about a vehicle on their website and the sales person told me they would check to see if it was still available and call me back. He didn't. I called twice and spoke with the same person who kept telling me he was still checking on the vehicle and would call me back in 10 minutes . Almost 2 hours later I called again to find out it had been sold. Definitely need to work in customer service skills.
