After calling several times with no return calls and employees who only want to argue with you I can not recommend this dealership. The manager feels it is good practice to laugh at customers and talk over them. I have a recall on my truck that is very serious to where I almost crashed. It’s very disheartening that people find this funny. I will not be going to this dealership ever again. Hopefully the owner reads this and cares more than the manager. It’s unfortunate for them as I needed to upgrade my truck to an SUV but felt I couldn’t trade in my truck until this issue was resolved as I didn’t want anyone else to have to endure this problem. I will be purchasing my new vehicle elsewhere.

My experience at this dealership is beyond anything I could have imagined. Samantha and Jack both went above and beyond to help me in a stressful moment in life. My driveshaft on my new GMC Terrain was destroyed by road debris while I was traveling 1600 miles from Texas to Pennsylvania! Not only did Jack happen to find a driveshaft but the mechanic at the shop was able to put it on the very same day I dropped it off!! What would have put a few days into my trip, the team at Champion Chevrolet saved my time and my trip!! I will forever be a loyal customer of General Motors because of this team!!! Keep up the great work yall!!! P.S. the new driveshaft is working like a charm, I got home with my fiance safe and sound!!

Came to this place under the recommendation of my boyfriend. I had seriously not the best credit, when I tell you it was awful, I’m not kidding. But with a little money down and my old car for trade, Bennet with Champion was able to get me into a super nice 10 year newer version of the car I already had. They really went out of their way to help me get into a nice car. Cannot thank this guy enough. The process was super easy. I highly recommend Champion.

Champion Chevrolet has a great service department. We recently brought our Acadia in for diagnostics and battery replacement. We were treated great by Samantha in service and Jeanne when paying and picking up our vehicle. A gentleman brought our car to the front door and had it warmed up and ready to go. I can honestly say we have never been treated so well and fairly by any other dealership.
