This was my first visit to Champion Chevrolet and what a great experience. The service representative was a young lady, I think her name was Laci was so helpful and took time to answer questions about the service I had requested and explained work performed on a recall on my 2015 Equinox. I feel confident the work was done properly and I’ve had no problems. The staff were friendly and one of the salesmen even offered to help me reset the menu on the dash display.

I can’t speak highly enough about the staff at Champion. It was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership! From the moment I reached out after seeing the vehicle online, to driving off the lot, they were helpful and attentive to my needs and what I was looking for. Jimmy Waits was my salesperson and he was amazing! I was in and out in like 3 hours, most of that was me trying to make a decision. I will definitely check with them first when looking for a vehicle!

Best experience in purchasing a vehicle. Paul and Matt were awesome to work with in purchasing my new GMC truck . Very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere from the beginning until the end of the purchase. Highly recommend this dealership.

Melissa in finance was also SUPER helpful in helping me understand what to do with the paperwork from my old car and letting me know what I would actually use and what I wouldn’t.

Not only did he put me in a truck that was best for me but, also gave me great information on how to build up my credit for my next purchase. I had an appointment for an oil change at 3pm. I had somewhere else to be that closed at 5pm. It took 1 hour and 58 minutes to get my truck back so obviously I was unable to make my next errand. The service technician informed me that I had a low battery in my tire pressure sensor before I left. He didn’t tell me that meant that my entire system wasn’t working and I had a warning light on my dash. Very unhappy I arrived with no lights on my dash but left with one.

I bought my Silverado in July 2022. I dropped it off Sunday evening for an appointment that I had scheduled for Tuesday. With the app, I was able to see when the service center checked it in on Monday morning and got a notification and a phone call when the work was completed.

I have been researching a new truck for a couple of years now and i decided to purchase a Chevy Colorado. I called Champion Chevrolet and spoke with Chris he said he has one left and it’s on the showroom floor . I then went to the dealership and Chris had it taken outside and I test drove it and I loved it needless to say I purchased it. Chris the salesman and John the finance guy were both great. I definitely recommend Champion.

I called them on a Wednesday to check on my truck. So Saturday I had to go to Lagrange to get a tag for the rental car. After that I went to check on my truck and they said that it was done on Friday. Nobody bothered to call me and and tell or didn’t return my phone call. They are lucky they got 2 stars instead of 1.

From the beginning, the staff was WONDERFUL. I love the hours set aside for test drives on Sunday. It made us able to drive from out of town to get the ball rolling sooner, rather than later. Todd was extremely welcoming and kind. Caitlin was so helpful every time we called. Jonathan was great to work with through all the finances. They made the trade and purchase easy and effortless. I have already dropped everyone's name at least five times. I was confident in my purchase and the time spent on the lot. You have made lifetime Champion customers out of us. We are so grateful.

I cannot praise this place enough. To make a long story short we purchased a used vehicle from them. There was a check engine light on the truck. They took it to Tri-County Ford to get it fixed since we purchased a used Ford at a Chevy dealership. Tri-county fixed it, and a week later the check engine light came back on and the moon roof stopped working. I called Champion and they requested to bring it to them. They gave me a rental and took the truck back to Tri-County. Tri-County sat on the truck for over three weeks, the whole time I was kept in the loop by Champion. Tri-County tells us they cannot duplicate the code. The sales manager goes to pick the truck up and on the way back the check engine light comes back on. Paul calls me and lets me know that they are just going to have their guys look at it if I am ok with it. They fix the issue and fix the sunroof/moonroof issue all covered by Champion. I can tell you this they have a customer for life. Hands down one of the best dealerships I have ever had the opportunity to deal with. They were honest from day one! Shout out to Paul for taking care of me and our family and making sure it was right !

So it’s been almost two months since I bought my awesome 2015 Toyota Avalon from my dad at Champion Chevy Buick GMC in Lagrange KY. Let me just tell you all if you have the chance to buy from Matt Cooper you should. When I was at the dealership looking at cars and when I was signing my dad had other customers to tend to at the time. I watched my dad run around like a crazy man making sure all customers including me (daughter) were well taken care of. I recently worked with Bennett on ordering a new Bolt. At first reaching out, he answered all my questions in a timely manner and never pushed me to make a decision until I was ready (which was not the case with many other dealers in the area) and affirmed that there would be no "market adjustment" or mandatory equipment added to the sales cost. When it came time to ordering, he walked me through the process, never tried to upsell anything, and told me an expected timeline of 4-6 months, which I knew would be the case going in. During the build process, he checked in and provided updates on the status. The vehicle arrived after only 2 months. There was an issue with the brake module that was found when I test drove it. Not a knock on the dealership, as Bennett made sure to get it to the service department where they were able to fit a new part and work with GM to get all the software updated. When it came down to paperwork, there was no pressure on add-ons or financing, merely a yes or no question and then the signatures. A welcome change of pace from most dealers. The reason for the drop of a star is that I had ordered the lighter interior option and the vehicle showed up with the darker interior. Not a deal breaker, but a bit disappointing when ordering a vehicle and the paperwork shows the discrepancy.
