I bought my Silverado in July 2022. I dropped it off Sunday evening for an appointment that I had scheduled for Tuesday. With the app, I was able to see when the service center checked it in on Monday morning and got a notification and a phone call when the work was completed.

We LOVED our purchase experience at Champion! It was truly the way car buying should be. Their straight forward pricing and transparent buying process enabled us to relax and find the right vehicle for our needs and budget. We were never concerned that we were about to enter into a day long negotiation process, which we would ultimately lose. In fact our entire transaction only took about two hours and the staff was absolutely top notch. Literally every single person we came into contact with were friendly and helpful. My whole experience with Champion has been wonderful, from Todd Waits, my salesman, who was friendly, informative but not pushy to the service department. I had an issue with my SUV shortly after buying, instead of saying sorry about your luck, they got me in quickly and fixed it at no charge to me....... how is that for customer service! Would definitely buy from then again and have already recommended to several friends. They really are all about making their customers happy.
