Kyle was friendly. Typical sales tatics used, present price, I reject, let me talk to my manager, present price, I reject. This went on and on for about 5-6 times. During test drive, I mentioned that I thought the truck jerked when downshifting. Kyle said it was a bump in the road . I said no that was not a bump in the road. They were suppose to clear out the low tire pressure message flashing light . They did not. Once the deal was made, it took close to an hour to get the truck from detail as I was told it was done 45 minutes earlier. I had made it very clear that I needed to be back in Crestview Hills northern Ky by 2 pm to pickup my wife from doctor appt. The truck did not get to me until 1:45 pm. So if I had it to do all over again, I would not. Then when I ask for previous owner contact info so so could reach out to them, I was told that would not happen. But then I found out that it was Law that a dealership had to provide that info when asked by the prospective buyer. I finally got it. So I am not real happy with my experience. Plus I got totally screwed on the trade in value of my truck. I think I have said enough.

My wife and I have been searching tirelessly to get me a newer truck and to get her out of her kia and back into a truck. I came across champion Chevrolet on cargurus. They had 2 used trucks that peaked our interest. I got ahold of them on a Monday and by friday we had a deal worked out on not one but both of the trucks. We worked with Vicki and John for the sale and with Matt for the financing. We have dealt with numerous different car dealers throughout the years and, one thing we have notice is that usually when you leave a deleaership you feel takin advantage of. Well that was definitely not the case with this place. We left very happy and felt that we got more than a fair deal. They definitely went above and beyond any expectations of a dealership. I was very impressed with the fact of even on used vehicles they do a full service and detail. John would not let me take one of my trucks home until it had the service done and checked out good. Mind you we live 2 and half hours away and did the drive with 2 kids. We had a fantastic experience at Champion. We had been looking at Jeep Gladiators for months. We had a deal worked out with another dealer and they pulled tired old dealer tricks so we left. I saw a Gladiator at Champion we thought we wanted so I made an appointment to see it. We got there and drove it and it wasn’t what we wanted. Billy at Champion knew pretty much what we wanted after talking to us, so while we were test driving the Gladiator, he pulled out a Wrangler Moab that checked ever single box we had except the truck bed. He had it started up, with the top and windows down, ready for us to drive. We drove it and were instantly hooked. From there, Champion was excellent. There was zero pressure. There were zero dealer games. They held it for us with a small deposit, they gave us a respectable amount on our trade (which was a custom F-250 so no dealer was going to give me market) and got me out the door pretty much where I wanted to be. After we signed papers, the battery lost its life and they immediately stepped up and corrected it, which they did not have to do on a used vehicle. Every aspect of our experience was excellent and I will 100% look to them first on my next purchase.

We purchased a 2015 Silverado 1500 from Todd a couple of months ago and couldn’t be happier with our decision! We were offered a more than fair number on our trade in, which ultimately made the whole process very smooth. During the test drive we noticed the brakes may need replaced or at least double checked prior to us purchasing and Champion made sure to check out the truck first thing and was quick to order parts to replace the brakes and rotors at no charge to us. Update... after checking my credit report I noticed they ran my credit thru 6 different lenders after requesting and stating I already had financing and asked that they do not run my credit. Beware. Will not go back.

Recently visited to look at purchasing a vehicle. After running my credit through OVER 8 financing companies they advised us that the best interest rate they could offer was over 10%?! Needless to say we didn't purchase a vehicle through them. Bought a vehicle 2 days later and the interest rate was not even half of what they tried to get us to purchase at and it was basically for the same vehicle.
