Montresor
I went in late this evening to inquire about an older model GMC. Instead of laughing and giving me a confused look like most places, they took me seriously and also gave me a quote quickly for my car that I’m interesting in selling. I did not buy a car yet because I am looking for a specific model, but of all the dealerships I’ve been to over the past few weeks, and there’s been a lot, I’d pick this one to do business with. Also the manager is very attractive, which helps. 10/10 would recommend from a customer service standpoint.

Traveling from Texas to Ohio with my wife and 2 dogs, we got bad diesel and truck wouldn't start in Kentucky. Called our roadside assistance and they were 3 hours away. Called the nearest dealership, Champion Chevrolet and they were able to send a wrecker, pick us up and get us a rental, in a total time of about 45 minutes to an hour. They were able to get our truck fixed in less than 2 days. We were able to continue our journey to Ohio. Thank you Tony for the best customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Tony P, in the service department, was fantastic! I had my 2023 Corvette towed to the dealer at 11 pm on Wednesday night due to a bent and cracked rim. He jumped on it first thing Thursday morning and by Friday morning had me on the road with a new rim and tire. Communication was awesome and he always kept me updated with the status. Kudos to Tony and the team.

If you are looking for a new vehicle look no farther than Champion Chevrolet in LaGrange, KY. Go see Allen Bolden and he will set you up in the vehicle of your choice. He is knowledgeable and does everything he can to get you what you want. Hands down, five star service all around from sales, service, detailing, and finance. Thanks again Allen. You’re the best.

Staff was courteous but service took awhile. My car was out of service for over a week and rental coverage ended after 7 days. Courtesy cars provided by the dealership would be an awesome relief for most people. I ended up having to drive my sons diesel truck back and forth to work which cost me about $30 a day.
