But we overpaid on my granddaughters, 2024 Enclave of 202.00 Dollars on march 22nd So I contacted matthew cooper of the finance Department on April 14th To see when they was going to send our check. He said he would take care of it. But he did not call back 2 more times he would not answer the phone a girl named Emily, she would take care of it. I'm pretty sure she is the one that answers the phone. So she took care of my problem, not matthew cooper

Husband and I went to Champion in LaGrange, Ky, to look at the GMC Sierra 1500 Denali that we were interested in. My experience at this dealership is beyond anything I could have imagined. Samantha and Jack both went above and beyond to help me in a stressful moment in life. My driveshaft on my new GMC Terrain was destroyed by road debris while I was traveling 1600 miles from Texas to Pennsylvania! Not only did Jack happen to find a driveshaft but the mechanic at the shop was able to put it on the very same day I dropped it off!! What would have put a few days into my trip, the team at Champion Chevrolet saved my time and my trip!! I will forever be a loyal customer of General Motors because of this team!!! Will not recommend champion service to anyone. Having my car for 4 1/2 days for what turned into an oil change is ridiculous. Not replying to my text was in considerate. When I called for an update and telling me you missed my call because you were busy was alive. I had not called. I left a message 2 days prior that went unanswered. Don't tell people you will fit them it and then the car sits for 3 days waiting to be checked out. This was a huge inconvenience. Icing on the cake, I tried to use my GMC rewards to pay for the oil change i really didn't need.

If there was a 0 star that's what I would give today. Had an appointment for 1. Got there at 12 and dropped it and was told he would call me. I never heard back so I came at 3:01 pm and they hadn't even started on it but didn'ttell me that. We have always had good service until this time. I had black grease on my steering wheel, doors, passenger seat, glove box and paperwork in the glove box. I had left the wheel lock on console by my sunglasses so there was no need to be in either of the glove boxs at all. My sunglasses I found in the second row seat drink holders. However they said they gave me $25 off of the oil change/tire rotation. There was also a grease covered piece of broken metal laying on the passenger floorboard. Goodness knows what that's from!
