Called Champions and talked to Tony to set up a date for the Airbag safety Recall . He was very accommodating and set a time that suited my schedule! I called the day before my appointment and asked if I could also get an oil change and tire rotation and was told yes! Once I dropped the vehicle off Tony was again very accommodating and notified me once the work on the vehicle was completed, ahead of time!!! I highly recommend Champions!

Champion Chevrolet and GMC is my favorite service department to take my GMC terrain. I purposely drive 20 miles out of my way from Louisville because their customer/auto service is so good. I scheduled a tire replacement and alignment for my 2015 Corvette. Tony has been my "go to" Service Advisor since purchase in December 2020. Always helpful and Customer Service focused. It was a busy day and a longer than normal wait but Tony kept me apprised of the progress and was apologetic regarding the wait. Greatly appreciated! Big thanks to the auto shop for making my 2024 Trax brand new again! They went above and beyond with a wash, inside detailed and even took care of a recall on my car. On top of all that, they met their timeframe of one week to get it done! The parts took FOREVER but not their fault! Also, great communication throughout! This is the 2nd time they have fixed a car for me! Honestly, I hope next time is to buy another car instead of getting one repaired from an accident!
