I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with your employee, Timmy Churchill. "Quality means doing it right when no one is looking" and that is exactly how he handles his customers. I have called many times asking about a vehicle, inquiring about the best way to purchase with an acceptable monthly payment, etc. Timmy has delivered on any questions I have asked, always supporting in office or meeting us to make it easier. Even when I am not able to purchase, Timmy still answers my calls, provides detail explanations and provides the upmost service. He is so knowledgeable as well!!! I traded in my Nissan Rogue for a 2017 GMC Sierra about 16 months ago and have had nothing but issues with it since then. Within 3 months the air conditioning went out and I had to have the condenser and compressor replaced. Now after only driving 12k miles since the purchase, the transmission has failed and im out another $5500.00 for a new one. I hope this is not typical of the type of dealings you normally do because I feel there was either a lack of inspection before the trade or an unfair amount of disclosure of existing problems with this vehicle. Needless to say I will not be a repeat customer here and do not recommend them to anyone else in the area for a used trade. Update: After this post I was contacted by the dealership and returned thier call. I discussed the issues with customer support and they checked on the details of the transaction. I was later contacted by the owner and he offered to help with part of the cost of the transmission replacement cost after it is completed. I did not have any receipts from the a/c issue since it happened over a year ago but I'm still appreciative of the other assistance. I'm changing my rating from 1 star to 5 for the immediate response and willingness to help out.

I took my 2001 car for a complete check and refresh. Champion was recommended by my son. Ryan, the mechanic impressed me with his knowledge. The car was in worse shape than expected, but Ryan took care of everything well. Samantha, my service writer, was always quick to give news about progress. She could, however be the same way about bad news. That's my only complaint.

We were waited on promptly but not pushed into anything. I was not bombarded by calls or emails. When appointments were scheduled we were not left waiting as our appointment time was kept and our time was respected .There were no issues with pricing (we did visit other dealerships.).
